The hotel is well situated in the town of Hondaribbia with easy access to everything from restaurants, the waterfront, the beach, parking and a local bus to Donostia-San Sebastián! Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The restaurant/bar was not as good as the others in town but we were spoilt for choice anyway.

Festival noise went on all night; could not sleep. Our car was in hotel garage but due to police closing the street in front of the hotel, we could not load our luggage at the hotel at checkout. Car ended up parked up on a hill and we had to drag our luggage all the way there. Front Desk should have informed guests of the street closure.

We stayed in the apartment with our kids. Friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast. Location is excellent in terms of right next to the street with all bars and restaurants.

It was not too hot when we stayed there but there seemend to be no AC available. Since this apartment was under the roof there is a potential it could get very hot on sunny, warm days. Since location is in a vibrant area, we do not recomment to leave the windows open if you're a bad sleeper.

Clean, standard hotel room in superb location and professional, friendly staff. Right on the doorstep of excellent plazas and restaurants and only a short stroll to the Old Town. Free parking only 10-15 minutes walk away, but you could also park at the front of the hotel for 10 minutes for free while you drop your bags off or re-load them.

The beds were so so comfortable! Spacious room despite three of us (so extra bed put up as well, still plenty of space). Very clean, secure parking just down the road. Excellent location right amongst the bars and restaurants, but not too noisy in the room itself.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well, no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

In the very center of Hondarribia. Excellent location. The reception is very helpful and kind. New bathroom outfit, all works perfectly, nothing broken or out of order. Warm and cosy room. Restaurant below WORTH to have breakfast! Very tasty, variety of food, fresh juice and tasty coffee. You can park your car down the street for 4 euro (if you have luck to find the place). Loved the stay

Breakfast was exceptional and the coffee made to order. The room was wonderful with a lovely view and super comfortable bed. Loved being in the centre of everything, close to great restaurants and able to walk easily to the water or to see the other sites in the city. The reception staff were extremely helpful when we needed advice about how to get to a particular Bilbao station.

Free WiFi, clean room, comfortable bed. There is a restaurant, however, I went out to the many locals just out the door.

The only draw back was that fact that I couldn't sleep with the windows open. The hotel is downtown between 2 busy streets, some restaurants open early, while others close late. You can clearly hear the conversation. Closing the window, sound proof.

it had a fantastic room with French doors opening out over the square and pedestrianised street. it was May Day and the joy and socialising in the street was wonderful to see. The hotel's restaurant Entabe was very full and unfortunately closed the next day for lunch and dinner, however I had breakfast there which was excellent and the very best cafe con leche I have had after many weeks in Spain. interior was modern and tasteful. i preferred staying in the fishing village part of town, by the river, rather than in the old town on the hill. the Parador looked cold and uninviting. Colditz!

Great location, clean, large work room downstairs, very friendly staff, nice bar/breakfast area with the option of having a coffee and croissant for breakfast if not wanting to commit to the whole buffet. Would recommend their bar tapas for a light lunch.

Bed was very hard and we could feel some of the mattress springs.
