What an amazing hotel. It is very pleasant, quiet, clean and well airconditioned. The sea view is amazing and the rooms are great.

The personell at the reception could be a little more attentive, by saying hi and good bye when you enter or leave the hotel. What I really regret it that the bar downstairs does not meet the quality level at of the hotel at all. I sincerely believe that the bar and the personell downstair degrade de hote experience. The quality of the drinks and food is average, the bar is open untill 0:30 but at 5 minutes past 00:00 everything is pulled of your table. Room for improvement I would say.

Location right by the sea was great, pool and bar area lovely with good service and prices ok, room with sea view excellent with private balcony For the more adventurous you can walk round to the port about 15 mins away although some of the journey is in the dark with no street lighting but lots of people around and did not feel unsafe Booked a massage each and have to say it was very relaxing and added to the general chill out feel of the stay which was our last night in Ibiza after staying elsewhere on the island

Paid for half board and did not know what to expect, it was a self service buffet and although the food was very well presented with a good amount of choice just being very picky it was ok for one day's stay but you cannot get away from the canteen food feel, although I did have a feshly grilled minute steak, would not want to eat there more than a day but that might be being overly critical, obviously lots of choice locally with all the restaurants along the strip and then in the port area

some staff at front desk were not willing to help, or keen to please the customer. For a hotel of this level I would expect a bit more courtesy

The location was perfect. The rear of the hotel is on the paseo overlooking the sea so about a 5 minute walk to Figueretes beach and also 15 min walk into the town of Ibiza My view from my balcony was stunning. Great outdoor area to relax and have a drink on comfortable sofas. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a great selection for all tastes and nationalities. Staff were amazing and very friendly. I had a really relaxing massage. I felt the prices were reasonable.

I’m really struggling to think of anything negative about the hotel.

Nice modern hotel, very spacious, stylish and clean. Beautiful sea views from the rooms, restaurant and bar. My standard room was not very big, but well composed with plenty of space for everything. Comfortable bed, good new mattresses. Breakfast was absolutely the top with a wide choice of cold and warm food, fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries and home made local cakes. The staff was kind and helpful, perfect service everywhere in the hotel, friendly and welcoming people. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport by public transport. You can have nice walks in the area or go to the town center along the sea and enjoy spectacular views.

WiFi sometimes was a bit slow

Superb location, great views and easy to get to everything. Pool right on seafront was very pleasant. Loved the live music by the pool on Thursday evening. The hotel had a classy but relaxed atmosphere which I really enjoyed. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful but could have been hotter. I have recommended the hotel but I think the photos I posted on Facebook said it all! I would definitely love to come back. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

My room was very pleasant apart from the street noise day and night and the view overlooking 4 huge bins which were often emptied very noisily in the early hours of the morning. Food was good and nicely presented but could have been hotter.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff across the whole venue were excellent from a strong cleaning regime, excellent reception staff and service in the restaurant and bar / pool. Sea view rooms were excellent. We stayed twice in a week with a break elsewhere in between. The standard rooms generally are on the road side that can be noisy but the upgraded sea view was worth the cost upgrade. Evening meal [used once rather than venturing out] was excellent value for money. Highly recommend this venue.

Some guests were noisy but that was not the fault of the hotel - just ignorant people.

The location was absolutely superb, never had a sea view from my bedroom like it! Also the perfect distance from both Bossa and Old Town to get a bit of everything whether you're in Ibiza for partying or chilling - me and my friend were in Ibiza for both and we got exactly what we wanted. All of the restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel were lovely. The pool area was amazing, always a bed to relax on, nice music and again - that view is priceless. Housekeeping was exceptional, never known it so good. The hotel was very clean.

The only thing I'd say is a negative is that breakfast is served in a practically windowless basement. Being able to eat outdoors would have made this hotel 11/10. Also my friend is gluten free and there wasn't a great deal for her to enjoy. As such, we actually ate out for breakfast a few days. The Skinny Kitchen down the road did AMAZING breakfast.

Perfect location overlooking the beach, 2minute walk to a row of wonderful seafront bars and restaurants. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere by pool and the beach. Absolutely gorgeous pool and bar area with excellent great value fresh cocktails. Lovely helpful staff. Room was simple but spotless and included air con, fridge and spacious waterfall shower. Great breakfast, lots of hot and cold options all freshly made.

Room was small but had everything we needed. Price was top end of what we wanted to pay but worth it.

The rooms and facilities were absolutely lovely. We were upgraded to a sea view room and it was so beautiful, comfy, spacious and it had a great balcony. The pool area was great, super nice music and a really relaxed atmosphere. The location of the hotel was right on the promenade, with tons of restaurants around. And a 15 min walk away from the town. The visit was totally worth it!

If you are an early riser and just need a coffee, the bar doesn't open until 9 am. The option offered is a full buffet breakfast at the restaurant that opens at 8 am. Not really value for money if you just want a coffee.
