Sea View rooms were well worth the extra money

Location was Superb and the pool area was beautiful. It was great that there was always a sun-bed available whenever we went down to the pool.

It would have been helpful to have more hooks or rails to hang up wet bathers and towels. Only instant coffee/ tea bags in the room and our teabags didn't get replenished during our stay [5 nights] We were located on the street side of the hotel and it was quite noisy at times during the night. Our key tags stopped working several times during our stay and we had to get them replaced, however it was a quite a simple process and it was convenient to have it attached to you wrist.

Beautiful pool and lots of comfortable sun beds ! Good location to visit the Old Town. Lovely sea views and sunset . Room comfortable and clean with nice balcony. Great staff especially reception staff and pool bar staff. Also breakfast staff friendly and efficient.

The breakfast food quality could be better . The pool bar furniture for sitting is plastic high seats not great to sit on , also drinks good value but quality of drinks not so great. Only have tap tonic water and soda water Coke etc so quality of cocktails very sugary . There is space in the garden which is great, it could be a beautiful place for good quality lunch and drinks with sea views … just an idea.

The staff were very friendly and could assist us with answering so many questions on how to travel around the city, where to go and helping us with entering the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The rooms were kept very clean by the staff and we appreciated the small chat when passing them. The facilities and poolside were beautiful and comfortable. Would have been good for there to be consistent music playing for ambience around the pool.

My partner drank shreds of plastic was left in a cocktail at the poolside. Maybe from the blender . When we notified the staff they just removed a few pieces and gave us the drink back. We were a little disappointed on how it was handled so we stopped drinking at the pool bar Outside our room in the hallway there was a strong smell of sourage. Cutting some of the branches on the right side so we could have a view of the beach would have been perfect. But it was private.

It is in a great location, easy walking distance (up hill though) to Ibiza Town and port area but on the Figuretes promenade. Beautifully renovated interiors and landscaped tropical gardens. The sea views from rooms and public areas are stunning. Breakfast room was bright and airy, overlooking the pool. Breakfast buffet selection was varied, offering cooked items, fruit, fruit juices, pastries etc. Berry and Green de-tox juices were delicious. Rooms were of a good size. BBC 1,2 ITV 1, 2, 3 Channel 4, Film 4 on room TV. Beds were very comfortable

Hotel is in a great location, loved the grounds of the hotel all very well kept. Room was spacious and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast was great, a big selection of food to choose from, would definitely recommend ordering the food offered down by the pool, sandwich’s were tasty and everyone else’s order looked delicious as well. Staff were very attentive and helpful with requests. Will definitely be booking again!

The only negative thing was that we had dinner one evening where the pork was still pink, the staff were apologetic and took the plate back to cook through but sadly because it was reheated it meant the dish became quite tough and wasn’t very pleasant to eat.

Beautiful views and scenery. Great location and facilities. Clean and tidy. Spacious room and bathroom.Good choice of food for breakfast. Most of the staff was nice and approachable.

Don't expect much from dinners. They are served as restaurant style 3 course meal with no drinks. In my opinion they were too fancy and portion were too small. Waiting time ridiculously long. Expect to stay there between 1h-1hh:30min. Also, the hotel was lacking an ambience. There was no entertainment, no a contemporary/relaxing music played in a background.

Breakfast had good choice. Staff friendly. Clean everywhere. Good size room. Nice pool area.

THe pool bar closed too early at 1730hrs even when there were many customers. Need an extra staff member on coffee/tea in the breakfast area. Quite noisy from 7am with deliveries etc.

•Good variety of nutritious food. •Good service from the staff. •Well thought out seating arrangements. The croissants were particularly nice!

.Coffee sitting at the “station” in readiness when it’s not very busy. This should be done to order and served hot. •The lack of sugar and teaspoons on tables. • Cakes and pastries in the cafe should be covered or stored in containers… there was evidence of flies on/around the food and is therefore unhygienic and a ‘hot bed’ for contamination and cross infection.

The hotel was really nice and offers an amazing view of the seaside and the outside pool. The service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we got a free drink each at the bar (a truly pleasant surprise and attention from the reception staff). Food is another plus: - for breakfast there is a buffet with a wide range of various breakfast types. There was a selection of müsli, pastries, eggs, vegetables, cheese, bread, juices, etc. - for dinner you can pick up from the menu. Our dinner was included in the price and we could choose a started, main dish and a dessert. We are vegetarians and we were surprised by a selection of vegetarian options. There were at least 4 really interesting main courses (in many restaurants I barely see two or three mostly basic and boring vegetarian dishes). Wellness: - massage was great (David is really skilled and we were happy and relaxed afterwards). Garden: OMG, it is amazing! The gardener is doing a fantastic job by keeping the place so tidy, neat and cosy. It is one if the hotel’s highlights (in our opinion, of course).

The hotel could be a bit cleaner. Atmosphere in the bar reminds me of a canteen. The indoor pool is way too small and there is just one sauna. The room’s bar (the fridge) was empty.
