Breakfast/room and location

Everything was great but perhaps they could pay attention to any maintenance. I got locked in the shower room with no light/broken lock which caused me to injure my finger and have a panic attack trying to get out.

The location was brilliant! Getting around on foot was easy and it made sure we got our daily steps in walking into Ibiza town once or twice a day. The view from the hotel is stunning. The staff from: front desk, to barman, to cleaners were very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and modern. There is a small grocery right across from the hotel -the croissants there are amazing. Did not ever get up in time for breakfast, so cannot comment on the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay from all these perspectives.

I have the same issue with all of the hotels I've stayed at in the past 10+ years in Europe. There have been many. This point is not just for this hotel. The beds feel like they are made of compressed hay. They are hard and uncomfortable. Dreaded going to sleep every night. Never actually got much sleep because of this. We all feel this way on all our trips. We looked it up on Google. European hotels have decided to go with health over comfort for their mattresses. I don't understand this as when people travel away from home they want to be comfortable no matter if it is for work or pleasure. Also the mattresses need to be changed less often. Beds in Europe are the bane of our holidays. The USA is not like this, nor Thailand, nor London. Come on Europe please fix this.

Staff are exceptional both young and less young, and always very helpful from getting gluten free options for my wife (directly from the chef) to any request we needed help with. Breakfast in the morning is perfect and has a great selection. We had the dinner buffet twice and both nights there was a huge choice and the food was great. The whole hotel is spotless, the pool, toilets, bedrooms, bathrooms. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, right on the beach and a 5min taxi to Ibiza old town...in fact you could easily walk it. I would 100% stay here again and probably will book for next year.

If I had to say something, the beds are a small bit uncomfortable and hard, but that can be a personal preference. One other small thing, you can hear people going up and down the corridor so its not 100% sound proof either but thats to be expected staying in a hotel in Ibiza, you will hear people coming back at all hours and we were guilty some nights too. We had a balcony on to the main road and the sliding door doesn't block the roadside noise much either but its not the end of the world and nothing some ear plugs wouldn't sort. Again I still would book this hotel but would probably book the ocean view side.

Big room with a wonderful sea view, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The staff at the reception is extremely kind and helpful. One of the best breakfasts of my life, with plenty of choice and even fresh orange juice. A big plus are the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel, where we could stay also the day of our check-out.

You go to Ibiza mainly for night clubs, so in the morning it's normal to sleep a little longer than usual. However, at 8 o' clock we were woken up by the maids of the hotel, who spoke aloud in the corridors for all the time. Besides, walls can't be very thick, because we heard every single noise and voice both from the corridors and from adjoining rooms.

They listened to my requests (which was great as we had our baby with us). The beachfront view was amazing. Breakfast was good. Very calm and quiet beach and close to the city centre at the same time

We booked in the last minute, but still pricy. Even though the hotel was clearly family friendly, at times there were guests close by with useing innapropriate language loudly and close to the kids (of course we left the places when that happened).

The hotel was perfectly situated on the beach, making it easy to find both laid-back and upscale places to eat nearby. Room was modern, spotless, and came with a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was generally excellent, but one area for improvement would be the thin walls. Although I managed to sleep well through the night, I could see how this might be an issue for light sleepers, as sounds from adjacent rooms were quite noticeable. It's a small concern, but one that could impact the quality of stay for some guests.

Great location. It’s not too close to de main area of the island, but you can do everything pretty quick with a car. Our room was nice, calm, quiet, with a good air conditioning. Bed and pillows were ok. The staff was very kind and the view from the hotel was stunning.

There is a parking area for the cars, but it’s always full. We parked our car at the street parking slots almost everyday. Also the gym of the hotel is pretty small…

kettle but no cups/tea/coffee the beach is covered in seaweed (not the hotels fault)

Location was quiet but very pretty. Supermarket 30 seconds from the front door. We were early arriving however, our room was ready. Clean and well kept.

Around 25 minute walk from reasonably priced bars and restaurants. The cleaning staff didn't replace the shower gel after asking for 2 days. Bar is over priced (but ibiza is in general)., we brought a cool box for €13 and got ice every day filled it full of drinks.

The location right on the beach at Talamanca. Easy walk into Ibiza town. The hotel was spotlessly clean, there is a pool outdoors and a spa indoors. The view from the hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are bright and airey. The beach has restaurants, there’s a small suma supermarket right behind the hotel. In the summer season you can get the boat from the harbour to Ibiza town

It’s very noisey at the back of the hotel where we had a room. The heating was on in the room when we got there and it was 27 in our room. I think the new aircon rules in Spain meant we didn’t have any! So we had to sleep with the door open at night hence the noise from the roads outside. The reception staff could have been more friendly ( we’ve stayed in most of the hotels nearby and this was a noticeable thing)but the housekeeping staff were all very polite and friendly.
