I recently had the pleasure of staying at Destino Pacha in Ibiza, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is fun, trendy, and modern, perfectly capturing the vibrant spirit of Ibiza. I stayed in a garden suite with a private pool, which was a wonderful touch. Plus, having a car included with the suite was incredibly convenient for exploring the island. The staff were exceptional, particularly Simon at the reception. He was truly helpful, honest, and flexible, ensuring that all my needs were met. The concierge team—Lupe, Viviane, Christina, and Aida—were hard-working, dedicated, and one of a kind. They went above and beyond, working late to provide reliable and honest service that truly stands out. Overall, I highly recommend Destino Pacha for anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Ibiza. The incredible service, luxurious accommodations, and upbeat atmosphere make it one of the best places to stay on the island!

The cleaning service was ending too early

The property was always clean to the highest standards. It just looked stunning everywhere you went. We had the most incredible experience for our honeymoon, the team at destino could not have done more to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a really special honeymoon. We were blown away by the generosity and kindness. Special shout out to Martina and ignacio and Oliver , working on pool service, they were so friendly, and gave great service. The reception manager Gafnit was also incredible to us and made so much effort to make sure we had everything we needed. I must mention the housekeeping team, we have never experienced housekeeping to this level and it was incredible and made the experience even more special. If you’re staying here, make sure you leave plenty of time just to hang out by the pool and soak up the good vibes and good music, it was incredible!! Cocktails amazing, food lovely (especially tempura sushi) and generally the best hotel we could have chosen for our honeymoon! Thank you!!

Destino is a great location and ideally located to both explore the island, enjoy the Ibiza party vibe and relax with stunning views. Hotel is always welcoming and all staff are there to help from the moment you step out of the taxi to the moment you leave. A special shout though to the welcome you get from the reception team, with a special mention to the reception manageress, Gafnit. The welcome you get there sets you up as it should and makes you feel instantly at home and ready to relax. Nothing is a problem and they are there to make your stay a the best it can be. Well done to the team there, it made my stay, although the sun, food and drink always helps. If you want a chill Ibizan vibe, no fuss but care and service this hotel is ideal. Been there 3 times now and will always go back.

The experience at the hotel has been unbeatable. We have been very relaxed and comfortable and the hotel has been very attentive to make our stay the best possible. We would like to thank the hotel staff who made us several details both in the welcome and during our stay. It is located in a unique place with sensational views and has all kinds of services of the highest quality, something inappropriate for a four star hotel. Undoubtedly a highly recommended choice and we hope to return very soon.

stayed at Destino for 4 nights. Everybody should be aware with whatever room type you book that Destino takes a €1,500 deposit as an extra block on your card on top of what is payable for your stay. We checked out a week ago and are still awaiting the deposit to be released back into my account. I called up Destino and have been told that this take 15 days which is ridiculous. The room itself is very small about 16sq meter and it was a problem for me and my husband to move around easily. The mini bar fridge is locked,so forget about storing any personal drinks or items in the fridge unless you specially request and pay for the use of the fridge. I never been any hotel in my life where you need to pay extra fee for using a fridge,shame for 5* hotel with the daily price what they are charging ….

Breakfast is overall very good. However, the staff are over enthusiastic in clearing the table during you chewing and this can sometimes be very annoying as you feel that they are constantly around you, The pool area is fantastic and really nicely set up. However, the alcohol and cocktails in general are overpriced. Gym is super small. Room is cleaned late afternoon only.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! Of course, Destino ain’t cheap, but honestly it’s the best value for money we have experienced! There are so many staff members that are friendly and they are motivated to give you the best customer experience. The resort is very beautiful, and we got lucky we got an upgrade to the suite. We got surprised by a bottle of bubbles as roomservice and being on the guest list of Pacha Club. Breakfast was just wonderful. And there’s a great ambiance all the time! We’ll be back definitely!

SUCH an incredible stay !! Thank you to Roman and Matthew for looking after us so well. Destino has to be up there as one of the best hotels in Ibiza. It has everything from a beautiful aesthetic to quiet time and then also a party vibe on the Thursday. Rooms were unbelievable with a view of the ocean if you get one on the right side !! You can see the sunset and sunrise. 10/10 couldn't recommend it more and thank you so much to the staff that helped us and made it so special.

Location was amazing

Some rooms look a little tired. Could have a refresh but it didn’t detract from our stay at all We did have to flag down staff initially around the pool for service the first two days which should not happen in a resort of this calibre. Once I brought it to their attention they did remedy it The food is fabulous. And we all know we all pay a premium at resorts like this for food and drink but it is beyond this. Everything is about 3 times the amount you would expect even over and above a normal rise in resort type costs

What can I say, the hotel was perfect. It’s a whole Vibe. Staff soooo amazing, from the moment I walked in to the time we left we felt welcome and well taken care of. I got an upgrade which I appreciated very much. The room was relaxing, insane view and lovely arriving on a little golf cart, true resort vibe. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. Nice treats in the room and must order the tacos at the pool. I extended my stay and ordered tacos again, didn’t even leave the hotel! Forget your plans, chilling here was just what I needed. Oh and great music by the pool. Definitely found a spot in Ibiza i’m sure to come back to.

Every time I come to Ibiza I stay at the Destino for a couple of nights. It’s always fun with music and the vibe, good service !

The art on the wall in the room was full of dust, needs attention. Otherwise everything was good we enjoyed our garden room a lot 🌳❤️ Breakfast needs much more adjustments, it was not tasty at all, very generic. I think going to the pool and ordering food there is a better option
