The hotel location is ideal and taxis come through frequently, staff are also very friendly and helpful! it was my second time staying in this hotel and for the price you pay its pretty ideal

The restaurant food wasnt the nicest and the bed was very uncomfortable leaving me with severe back pain and having to see a doctor as soon as i got home. it was my second stay here and the first time around the bed was faultless so it must have just been bad luck to end up in that bed

Very good area, in Playa d'en Bossa, close to everything. Bus stop for town / S Antoni + supermarket outside the hotel. Decent breakfast. 2 large pools and plenty of lounges available. Has luggage storage facilities, showers, gym and anything you need that you can use after check out and enjoy a full day without worries. Reception staff, especiallly Simona, is always friendly, polite and go the extra mile to help with any issues. Large lounge/ reception area - you can chill, work, nap 🙂 For a 3 star hotel this is a gem. Highly recommend!

What an exciting place to stay, super close to the beach and all the popular clubs. We were on the first floor which overlooked the upper pool area which was super convenient to get to the bar, and they had a DJ on each day which kept the good vibes coming. Absolutely would stay here again.

Everything was lovely but we had a hard time trying to check in as there was only two staff at the reception desk and about 20 people waiting to either check in or speak to a staff member. So, we had to wait a little while but nothing we couldn't handle. Understandably it was peak season.

The all inclusive option is excellent value for money, we saved hundreds on our party trip to Ibiza. The rooms were very clean, the food on offer was basic but very much did the job! Reception are super helpful with ordering taxis, there’s a cash point, clothes shop and tattoo parlour all on site!

You have to keep hold of your cup for the whole of your stay and can only have 1 drink at a time. If you lose the cup you have to pay €2 for another one which isn’t the end of the world hug definitely something to consider during your stay!

The location of this hotel is ideal if you’re planning on making the most of the island’s nightlife. It is within walking distance of the Playa D’en Bossa strip, Hï & Ushuaia and a short taxi journey from most of the island’s notorious clubs such as Amnesia, Pacha, DC-10, etc. The hotel is good value for money. Yes, it’s not the most modern of hotels and the facilities are of a basic standard but you can’t be too fussy when you’re not paying a lot.

On arrival we noticed mould in our air conditioning unit. Within minutes of phoning reception to notify them of the issue, the technicians were in our room and thoroughly cleaning it out. This issue was dealt with very professionally by the hotel staff and once it was cleaned there were no further issues.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful both on arrival and departure. Only stayed two nights, but found it to be comfortable and quieter on the 3rd floor. Bar staff were friendly and the decour in the reception/bar area was very modern with an emphasis on club lifestyle.The breakfast was fantastic, with a good selection of quality food.

The furnishing in the room were a bit dated and needed updating, but other than that, it was on overall a top hotel.

Unusual token system for the all-inclusive drinks. Need a refundable €2 token, but it wasn't actually for a glass, just a (kind of disposable) plastic cup. Light switch was directly over the pillow, so was easy to accidentally turn on the light when sleeping. Only 2 plug sockets, one in bathroom one over the pillow.

Great area, easy to reach and lots of stuff to do within walking distance. All inclusive was great, drinks were served quick and the food is what youd expect from a hotel that has predominantly UK travellers. Lots of options though. The pool area was nice and there is another terrace bit up the stairs that I feel like a lot of people probably miss. You can rent little lounges and you pay for drinks up there.

Rooms were good size, cleaned daily if you want. Air con worked well. Pool was big so plenty of room. Would stay again!

It's a little noisy with people coming back throughout the night but that's Ibiza! Cocktails on the all inclusive package were awful, they came out of a machine, not made fresh. You have to buy drinks regularly if you want to sit at the pool upstairs, even if there is no room downstairs. Bar staff have poor English
