We were not one bit disappointed with our 3 night stay here to commence our week’s stay in Ibiza. The hotel was immaculate, good selection at breakfast and good quality, great room which was comfy and had the perfect view (we had requested way ahead of time a seaview on a higher floor). It’s a great location situated not too far from ibiza town. We actually got the bus from the airport into the town then walked approx 30mins to the hotel stopping along the way to enjoy a beer and sights. We had a massage and a man’s pedi in the spa which was a great way to start the holiday, the spa staff so lovely. Poolside was a great vibe, located overlooking the sea and with some great live music (singers, DJ, guitar player depending on the day). The pool bar had a great selection - though make sure your pitchers isn’t filled to the top with ice when ordering the sangria. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

Nice location and pool. The hotel is beachfront but I am not sure you can swim there as there are rocks from one side and a small port from the other. The staff was very kind and tried to be helpful. Nice gym, good breakfast. The hotel seems quite new and has very nice facilities.

If you book directly from hotel's site you have free spa access. We booked via booking.com as we were not aware of that, and it costs us 18€ per person per entrance!! Kids only are allowed from 3-5pm, so the hotel is not a good choice for families that would like to enjoy the inside pool with kids. If you are visiting the hotel for a relaxed vacation, ask not to be in a connected room! 2 out of 4 nights of our precious vacation, we could not sleep as the guests from the connected room next to us were discussing until very late and we could hear everything.

The staff were lovely and the pool was very nice. The spa was an extra bonus but unfortunately I hadn't realised that if you book through Booking.com then this is not included in the price of your room, so we had to pay separately an extra charge for that. The massage I booked was absolutely outstanding though - one of the best I've ever had! And the sauna / spa area was great fun, I particularly was grateful that there was a window of time for going in with children.

We LOVED the Hotel Torre del Mar. It's probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff without exception were polite and friendly, going out of their way to help. The decor at the hotel is very impressive and it is immaculately clean. The location on the sea front is fantastic - a bit of a walk to Ibiza town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, we ate in the Figueretas beach area a few times and had great food. We stayed in a junior suite which had a balcony with panoramic views, comfy beds and a great shower and complimentary drinks were delivered daily which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and all beautifully presented. The swimming pool area is stunning. I could find no fault with the hotel and didn't want to leave. I very much hope to return and would recommend it to anyone.

Nothing. I thought everything about the hotel was perfect - my partner wasn't too impressed with the pillows but I thought they were fine!

The location was the main factor for choosing this stay and actually surpassed my expectation after reading the comments on it before hand. I'd considerer it for a night stay any time. The staff were also inviting staff and supportive. I also liked the decor of the rooms, rustic but works.

The location while ideal due to being close to a central line in also in a particularly less warm area of the city. Much love for Hamburg and all its people so hopefully in years to come things will improve.

This hotel is just stunning, from start to finish. As you walk in the lobby smells divine, and it continues from there. We stayed in the penthouse suite and nearly cried when we had to leave! The view and terrace is incredible, the beds are big and lovely and comfy, the bespoke mini bar is fab and the sweet treats on dress down were a lovely touch. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice (and yet another stunning view), and the pool/bar/spa areas are just beautiful. We also treated ourselves to a couples massage outside while listening to the sea lapping in the background, bliss! Would recommend this also! Despite coming towards the end of the season, all the staff and housekeeping teams honestly couldn’t have done more to help and were all very friendly and approachable throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We’ve absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Torre del Mar it’s one of our favourite hotels we’ve stayed at. We had a wonderful sea view room and really enjoyed the adults only terrace in the day with high quality sun loungers and Bali beds which were super comfortable. The addition of the hot tub was fantastic for cooling off and the views are stunning. Great vibe through out the hotel. Loved the music around the pool in the day. Food is great. The complimentary yoga classes were amazing we attended 2 during our 5 night stay. We really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and I can imagine we’ll be back again in the future.

We loved everything! One area which could be improved is the service in the outdoor bar / restaurant area. We used it twice during our stay and had to wait a long time for the waiters / waitresses to check if we needed anything else and for our bill. They were always very friendly we just felt they were a little short staffed and therefore not as attentive as we’d like when it was busy. Just one or two extra staff to serve customers at busy times would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

Check out ... although wasn't able to keep room on the facilities are great and extremely comfortable..but staff didn't seem overly helpful with this side of things on the last day .. didn't seem to care if we were to lose our flight due to taxis although I know this isn't their problem a little bit of help would go a long way instead running down the street trying to flag with huge cases wasn't practical it was very stressful which ruined the overall experience .. I think a mention re taxis during check in would have helped as we've never been before I tried private companies etc etc .. so I'm my opinion going to Ibiza make sure you have your transfers pre booked we didn't have any of these problems in Escanar they were very helpful.

limited bar menu (no pizza, olives, olio & bread) no light-lunch option from restaurant or bar, just large meals limited beach, with no sand 15 mins from airport, meant aircraft flew near hotel (but not intrusively)
