Staff were really helpful and friendly Rooms were clean, cool and spacious Beds were comfortable with enough blankets and sheets for all seasons Food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced Pool area was clean and tidy Our apartment had a cooker, sink and fridge which was handy

The bar didnt open until 7pm. It would have been nice to sit and have a beer a little earlier as we checked in at 5.30pm and there wasnt much to walk to close by that we could see. The bathroom contained a bidet, a toilet and a bath with a shower over it. Whilst many may enjoy a long soak after a day in the mountains those with slightly less mobility might struggle to stride into the bath for a shower. Each bed only had one pillow. Had we been stopping for more than one night we would have asked for another each.

After a long drive we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment is extremely clean, spacious, well equipped, and with AC. Our apartment had two big balconies where we enjoyed the view of a big thunderstorm comfortably. It is possible to charge an electric vehicle in the private payed underground parking of the hotel (if requested previously), at the moment you arrive they will give you a key to the door on your parking spot that you open and find the plug (about 10A) where to to connect your portable charger. For us it was perfect and a huge advantage, just be a little more careful with bigger cars while manoeuvring. There also is free street parking just outside, in front of the hotel. They also have a restaurant and spa. This time we chose to explore the city and did not have the time to try the spa. Would return and recommend it!

the apartment was clean and decently furnished. they had a parking space for charging of electric cars (8euro per night). size of apartment was nice, toilet was nice, breakfast was great! spa was a nice addition.

we booked a 3 night stay, and in the bill, each night was a room+spa but I was informed that we had 1 visit to the Spa throughout our stay. maybe I misunderstood? There was no option to select the apartment with the double bed - so when we arrived, we were given 2 singles.

The hotel is excellent. Very clean, facilities were excellent, as were the staff. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The spa was brilliant. Underground secure parking for our motorbike was also very welcome. The restaurant service was excellent, as was the breakfast, plenty of choice.

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, fantastic breakfast. We didn’t eat dinner here but it looked incredible. The staff are super friendly. There is also a spa, sadly we didn’t have enough time to enjoy this but again, looks incredible.

The parking could’ve been included, but it was €6 and secure so not that bad

check-in was easy with reception always manned. laundry facilities on site - reception has washing liquid. Bed really comfortable. Rooms were spacious but there is the bare minimum in the kitchen - don't plan on doing much. There is an empty lot opposite the hotel which a lot of people use for free parking but there is also parking under the hotel for E5 per night. Breakfast is very basic.

The facilities in the apartment were excellent. The underground garage was spacious and easy to access because there is a lift to all floors in the hotel and, therefore, easy to get cases etc.

We were disappointed to find that the restaurant was only serving breakfasts and that the bar was not open, although we understood the reason, ie, the holiday season has not yet got going.

Spacious, warm apartment which was well equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast, despite the very strict COVID hygiene measures in place. Very handy to use the lift direct to car park as the weather was bad. Well worth the €5 per day for basic parking.

Our room102 was directly above the hotel doors and the constant opening and closing of the doors, early morning and late at night was rather annoying! By the time we discovered this though we'd settled in and didn't want the hassle of changing room.

The spa and the restaurant are both fantastic. Great value for money! Amazing buffet breakfast :)

It was a little bit over warm for our liking. Tried to turn the heating down but had to open the windows to cool it down!

The hotel had free parking. The breakfast was really good and the breakfast area was really nice. The room was very big and had all you need in it.
