This is a wonderful hotel in a superb setting. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were delightful, the grounds are immaculate and the decor is beautiful - a 'Rocky Mountain' style lodge hotel in sunny Spain with the picturesque Pyrenees in the background. The food was all delicious, both the evening meal prepared by an excellent chef, and the plentiful breakfast. I have to eat gluten free and was well provided for, not always the case.

Nothing, it was perfect

Room was very comfy, with a very nice bed. Also the bathroom was very nice and spacious with good water pressure. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Good wifi too.

I'm 40yo but find the music in the pool not the best choice considering the location and type of the hotel. Something more jazzy or calm would be nice. The restaurant menu is limited for more than 3 days stay and not cheap at all.

The restaurant is superb. In all the years we have travelled in Spain we had the best mollejas ever. A real treat. The blackened pigs cheeks were also delicious. The views from the hotel of the Pyrenees are breathtaking. The staff gave extensive information about the sites in the area, especially the numerous Romanesque churches.

One of the plugs in our room was broken and there was no plug anywhere near the desk...so balancing a laptop on the bed was awkward. The music track that is constantly played by the staff during the day and especially the evening is sorporific at best and monotonous otherwise.

Clean and spacious rooms, very nice interior. Quiet place, available free parking. Very nice garden all around the hotel.

Unfriendly staff in the restaurant, limited choice of meals (enough for maximum three days). Restaurant available only for dinners (starting usually at 20:30).

This place is a fantastic hotel with great staff, great food, in a beautiful location with views of the tops of the Pyrenees from the hotel. Great parks to visit - incredible scenery. A wonderful experience and a wonderful place to stay.

Big Wow. Everything down to the smallest details. Very high quality. One of the special places I've seen in Europe

The staff is not enough for breakfast and the standard of breakfast itself was not particularly high, but even without breakfast this is a simply amazing place

It was very clean and they gave us a free upgrade of the room witch mountain view. They we're very nice and always wanted to help. We got all the info about the area wich is beautifull btw lots of mountains. Go see the old monistry if u go there The breakfast is nice and proper but not much variety. The restaurant has very good food super tasty but I think it is high class food for a cheap price and by cheap i mean 28 euro for the best loin with portebello and crispy polenta. It was the bestest thing i ever tasted.

The price was a bit high i think but on the other hand everything was also good arranged so it depends on what u want. There is no such thing as a streetlight over there so if u want to eat somewhere else best come back before dark or eat in the hotel. No restau at walk distance. The private spa was 20euro/45min wich is not much time and there is a camera in there + the spa is only a jacuzzi and hamam. The breakfast was not much of variety but u could always ask something if u wanted to like eggs but they never did it naturaly.

Exceptional location and views. super helpful and friendly staff. Very generous drink portions. very clean, warm and pleasant environment. Most delicious breakfast.

Confusion over the room. I paid for an upgrade on booking.com but received a basic room. When questioned that the room was not as per the photos I was later upgraded but not to the advertised room.

The location in a quite place and stunning valley surrounded by nature, the view from the hotel is just beautiful and breakfast was really delicious with quality local products. All staff was very kind and the facilities pretty good.

The facilities at this hotel were beautiful. We had a lovely room, a lovely dinner, with a lovely view, and the staff was just delightful. I wish I had more time to spend there than we did.
