Very well furnished apartment, clean and well equipped. One to one as in the pictures. There were even sweet snacks, water and coffee waiting for us at breakfast. Daily cleaning and change of towels are a plus! The location is very close distance to the main promenade, close to most attractions. Very nice beach nearby. The hotel also provides beach towels.

The problem of finding a parking space was very real. Despite several streets being excluded from the paid parking zone, the turnover of cars was so bad that it was nearly impossible to find a spot. Even in the parking zone. There are also parking limits, such as a 1-hour maximum. However, you can leave your car at a nearby parking lot, with which the hotel has an agreement and offers a discount when left for at least 24 hours.

Staff was friendly and welcomed us in the best way. Room was spacious and clean, with a nice view from the balcony. They have also provided a crib for our baby which was extremely useful. The kitchenette is complete as it comes with all the basic things for cooking, having breakfast or even dinner. Staff was also washing our dishes while making up the room. Our pet was also welcomed in the best way and she had a great time. The location is awesome because it's 2 blocks away from the beach where all the restaurants are. It is also convenient to the shopping area. Our vacation was sooo relaxing!

The hotel entrance is not comfortable if you travel with a lot of luggage and a stroller as the door is small and there are a few steps up to reach the elevator. Also, parking is not easy to find in the area, you'll need a lot of patience.

central located, the internet was fast, room cleaning service available everyday, air conditioning in the room, very friendly staff, easy to check in and out, 24 hour reception, hot water without problem, a small kitchen and a private bathroom, cutlery and cooking plates even a microwave (basically everything you need) available in the room, comfortable lightning

the double size bed is basically two small beds joined together, a bit uncomfortable but i guess it’s like this everywhere

Good location 5 mins walk to beach, supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. Very helpful staff who saved the day by finding us a tour of the mountains when we had given up and were about to hire a car. Daily cleaning, fresh towels and sheets every few days. Very clean and well equipped. Powerful hairdryer (important for us girls), shower gel, coffee machine, kettle, 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge. Air con but we just opened the windows. Free loan of beach towels. Fairly quiet location. Great value.

Warm, helpful and accomodating staff (both management and cleaners), constant investment in maintaining and improving the building and facilities (from previous stays in this hotel prior to the pandemic), excellent location, safe and clean place.

Comfort of the bed (matress) could be improved. Matress wasn't firm enough or had been used too much and not replaced - Matress was bended in the middle and caused me back discomfort and woke me up overnight at times.

My family booked me into the hotel but were staying elsewhere. Was impressed by the small kitchen area and appliances provided Enough to initial tea,coffee, croissants, water to start off my seven day stay Easy access in and out with two electronic cards provided on arrival

The location was great (just 1 minute walking to the beach and to the Las Canteras promenade). The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. She gave us some tips of what to do in Las Palmas. The hotel has beach towels which was really helpful. The parking in the street is complicated, but there is an underground parking nearby that has offers if you stay at this hotel. We paid 33€ for 3 days (good price knowing the prices of parking in Las Palmas). The kitchenette is really well equiped.

The floors and the bathroom joints weren't that clean.

good value for money at this little hotel with an eye for detail, situated at literally 2 minutes walk from the Canteras beach. The staff was friendly and attentive; the rooms were bright, very clean and well equipped with up-to-date appliances (I loved the coffee maker!) and they even had a tray of goodies upon arrival. I also liked the fact of the separate beach towels. I would certainly book again!

A large and very comfortable double bed. The studio was like staying in an IKEA tiny house - kitchen and dining area compact but very serviceable and well equipped with utensils, pans and crockery. Bathroom excellent with good towels and all toiletries. Most impressive overall were the quality decor and cleanliness. Don't be put off by the plain outside of the building and the narrow entrance. Inside the rooms it is superb. Location is in a warren of one ways streets but the promenade is 75 metres away. Parking is a challenge but there is a municipal parking lot five minutes walk away and the hotel has arranged discounts. Very good value for money and more comfortable than a double room.

very nice, modern looking apartments with an elevator. Great location and nice view. Very nice service, they clean up your room if you want them to. The kitchen is small but also modern, we stayed for ten days and had all we need! Would absolutely recommend :)

you can hear your neighbors loudly, also when they're cleaning up it's really loud through the walls At night you can hear the cars from the street and other noise from outside very loud. But the beds are so comfortable, you'll just sleep right through it!
