New hotel, very clean and a fresh look. Bed was comfortable. Perfect location, close to the beach and Santa Catalina. Still no noise from bars etc. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine or kettle in the room, but there was a Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle downstairs. Nice lobby, well decorated.

The safe was not working, but I believe this is a temporary issue.

Amber on reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Plenty of hints, tips and recommendations. The location is fantastic. Less than a minute's walk and you're greeted by a stunning seafront that's convenient to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and of course the beach. While scuba diving is done on the south of the island, the rocks close to shore here make for fantastic snorkelling. It's a decent size room with a great shower and WiFi. Cleaning is optional, which I prefer now from a sustainability perspective.

While the rooms are nice, there's a few teething issues due to being new. The metal liner at the base of the shower wasn't connected to anything, so just came apart and the towel rail came off the wall. No biggy for me but suggest the hotel check this in all rooms. When the room was cleaned I could see that the duvet had just been turned over, rather than replaced and washed. I'd spilled some orange juice on there the day before. Come on guys...

The room felt new and clean, the bed was cosy. The receptionist was So lovely, we felt so welcomed! She replied quickly to messages and was really helpful, 10+ for customer service! The hotell is still under fixing, but worked for us (2 nights visit). Great location. We had a rental car, looked parking carages beforehand, there are several (€€) nearby (las palmas was.. an exciting driving experience)

Our room (and the lobby time to time) had a really strong airfreshner smell as we arrived, we had to keep the window open for a long time before it cleared, maybe it's not needed everywhere every time? Rooftop was really dark (ment for smokers, under fixing as well, we peeked it one night), all the light sensors didn't work there? Shower has a partially glass walls, up and by the floor, it was a cool looking feature at first, but not at night, when someone needs the light in there while the other sleeps.. A lonely traveller wont have this problem! ;)

Hotel room very clean and quiet. Bed and bedding was comfortable and the location was very good as well. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach, close to many restaurants and bars in Las Canteras. Staff seemed very helpful and friendly.

The key cards have hotel name AND room number written on them. In case the card is lost on the street, anyone can enter the room unnoticed! No other other hotel puts the room number on the key card! This should be changed ASAP.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by extremely friendly person - Amber, who made me feel the most welcomed and helped with her advice about the area and activities. Amber puts her heart into her work and is the soul of this place. The hotel is modern and new and is very close to the beach and restaurants and cafes with a lovely atmosphere.

There were ants living in the room, which I discovered when the reception was already closed. Those ants were numerous (more than 100 that I could see) but very small and living behind a wooden cover, so they may get overlooked when the room is cleaned. Apart from that the room appeared very clean. I reported this the next day and was told that the hotel would have given me a new room and that it would have been possible even after reception is closed.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. The beach is very conveniently located, close to the bus stop. Thanks to everyone who cares about the guests

A wonderful hotel close to the sea, 150 meters close to Santa Catalina Square. I enjoyed the wonderfully luminous and clean room, and the wonderful staff, especially Amber. Thank you for the good reception

the room was so comfortable and pretty . The girl in reception was so polite and gentle with me and she helped me so much with information that I wanted for my trip . Totally recommend!

great value for money. clean and so close to everything important in Gran canaria. 5 mins walk to the beach.

nothing to add. maybe that if you come with a car it is expensive to park? but that is not about the hotel…
