Check in was a breeze. The recep was very helpful with my questions. My reservation didnt include breakfast so she offered it to me when I checked in. The hotel is wonderful! I stayed on the top floor, which was quiet, and the floor hall was so lovely. There's an elevator and stairwell. Location was excellent!!! It's so near many restaurants and cafes, and the Cathedral, and just about everything. Very central. My room was comfy. A bit outdated, but comfortable. Breakfast was okay. It got me thru the day. The breakfast lady was so nice. I would stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful old building, tastefully decorated to reflect the period. Super single room at a great price for a room in the city’s old part. Close to shops, bars etc. a properly gem. Staff were very friendly and professional, rooms well appointed, a lift was a bonus. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were lovely too. Very pleased and will definitely return.

great location, center of old town.

Hotel situated in the Lovely old town. We stayed two nights however the customers who stayed this hotel, came back very late ( 1 am -4 am) and they spoke laud voice in the hall way, so easily can hear their conversation and disturbing our sleep. Even they had great time for drinking or so, it is still hotel, not their own home. I reported this issue, the hotel stuff respond was nothing they can do. I need to quiet during sleeping hours, I would not come back this hotel.

We could take our dog with us. I requested a cot and it was installed already before arrival. The hotel had an elevator which was also lovely, especially when having a pram. The rooms were clean, very beautifully decorated and big.

The street is quite noisy, with people being out at all hours but we were in the centre in the most busy street so I wouldn't even call this a negative.

Beautiful, atmospheric building, like stepping into the past - in a good way! The staff were always helpful and polite. We were vey satisfied with the comfort of the room. The location was brilliant, quiet enough but so close to Leon's best bits!

The breakfasts were enjoyable as they had quality ingredients and the breakfast room itself was great. However, the range of food was slightly limited and, crucially I think, it was the same on all four mornings.

The location was excellent for exploring the older areas of the city, including the cathedral area. Easy access to restaurants, cafes and bars. Close to a wide variety of shops and stores.

It would have been nice to have a few hot food items included with breakfast.

The location of La Posada Regia is excellent: right in the centre of town. We particularly liked the historic ambiance of the building and rooms, which are fitted out with antique furniture and as far as I could gather, each room is different. Our bathroom was large and had a wonderfully big bath, which was a welcome treat after 2 weeks walking the Camino. Our stay at the hotel made a memorable end to our walk. Thankyou.

Quaint, old charm great location, magnificent restaurant with delicious food and efficient sophisticated friendly service.

The bed mattresses could be upgraded, although we did sleep well. We stayed 3 days, and they could have spared us a second bar of 5x3x1 cm soap.

Great central location and surprisingly quiet. Nice and warm on cold December days. Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. 7 euro breakfast is minimal but good value.

Creaky floors can be noisy depending on other guests.

Refurbishment was good, modern style, clean and well laid out. That's real comfortable, Linens, and a fabulous location in the center of Old Town.

The check-in process was difficult because it was a different location. That was so surprised when we arrived, not explained in advance. We were able to store luggage at that other location, but it was not brought to us. In fact we had to find the person, who is not in the small office, have the we could retrieve the luggage and then bring it through the streets by ourselves. This is unusual, but this day was still very enjoyable.
