The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were ok. It was a great surprise for me to have a long pillow beside the regular pillow on the bed. I always sleep with a long pillow; this was the first time I had one in a hotel. It was good that it was within walking distance to the city center, 10 minutes by taxi to Leon university and Renfe station.

Endless waiting for the elevator, entrance and exit of the parking garage are a horror if one has a larger car. Way too small manoeuvering space. Needed to reposition several times. Glad to have entered and left without damage.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a road trip through Spain. Room 809 was excellent. Awesome in every aspect I can talk about. Front desk staff members were super friendly and helpful, especially Pedro.

Everything was perfect. My only regret was not having more time to stay at this hotel.

Good location in city plenty to see and do within walking distance. good size twin beds in a quiet room.

1 There was no fan in toilet room. 2 had to pay for parking. But a good thing we were on 2 touring motorbikes and parked in 1 bay so only payed for 1 space. We would stay again.

Good parking available underground with a daily charge but very convenient and reasonable. Hotel is right in the heart of the city so everything was conveniently nearby. Good breakfast and hotel restuarant had good selection of meals too.

The room was very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. For us, the location was perfect for where we wanted to visit. We had purchased the breakfast and were very glad we did as it was very good

I can honestly say that there was nothing that I was unhappy with.

Reception area was quite small . The coffee area behind the reception was very dark and very restricted . the coffee machine didn’t work and there was no place to get a coffee or snack during the day also the seating area here was not very enticing . They did allow us to leave our luggage overnight as we were staying 2 nights but not consecutive

Location was good and hotel was very clean.

One of the 2 lifts was not working properly during our stay. We had the same paper cups in the bathroom for the entire stay. Either change daily or use glass.

Extremely comfortable room on the whole. Bed was excellent, a great night’s sleep. Staff were very professional and friendly.

It was rather warm in the hotel room and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly.

Beautiful large room with a stunning bathroom. Good location and although the parking was tight to get into, it was good that the car was secure.

Breakfast was disappointing - bread was very dry and the coffee was horrible.
