Pretty much everything went well. I have zero complaints; my wife loved it, which is essential, and the kids did not want to leave. That is vital. The staff were courteous and well-behaved, and the place was clean and very comfy. The only niggle the wife had was that the toaster in the room did not work on the day we arrived, but that was sorted as soon as we pointed it out. I would recommend in a heartbeat, and if I'm visiting Barcelona again with my family, we have a home to stay at.

This is not a complaint and has been a recurring theme in my travels around Europe. I'd be happier if the TV had Netflix (or YouTube) so the kids wouldn't spend time on their tablets, and wecouldn watch family movies together. As things were, I sorted the issue by walking to a CeX that was not too far away and buying a Chromecast.

It was much more than we expected! The apartment was really big, clean, light comfortable! We found everything what you need and even more! The iron, dryer, grater, all kitchen utensils including a wine opener. Big closet and a lot of storage space! There is comfortable swimming pool on the roof. In our opinion the location is wonderful! Its not the center of the Barcelona and thanks for it its very calm and quite location! There is two stations near hotel: one for trains (wich are urban public transport in Barcelona) and Metro Av. Carrilet. 20 minets to main square Espanya. There is big product shop in 5 minets walk from the hotel. Also several minishops with fruits and vegetables. The main beach is dirty, too crowded and unsafe because of the theft. But if you walk 15 minets to train station Bellvitge you can use train number R2S and in about 20 minets you will be on beautiful clean beach Platja de Castelldefels or one station farther Garraf wich is small but very clean, comfortable and safe! Big apartment, beautiful swimming pool with amazing views, very clean, welcoming staff, everything went smooth. Would definitely come back as a family, proximity to metro.

Would be nice to have basics as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

Clean and cozy hotel with great pool and nice roof view of the city. Good location and access to metro and bus. Nearby markets and supermarkets. Great atmosphere and restaurant in hotel. Facilities were good and hotel staff were nice and friendly. Both day and night shift staff specially Yasin were helpful, kind and nice. I Recommend this hotel for families.

Some kitchen accessories were missing like salt or pepper. It was also emphasized that the guests must clean up everything before they leave or they will be charged through visa card extra. This give an anxiety that is not necessary. Although I cleaned after my stay, yet I have the anxiety that my visa card is going to be charged. It is not yet charged extra and I hope it remains this way.

welcoming friendly check-in from English speaking staff. he also booked big taxi van for us to leave early the next morning (van had to fit in 2x large bike boxes). kitchenette was fabulous, large queen sized bed was v comfortable with great pillows, lots towels, good lifts up. large windows that open out onto central atrium tho not as good as if they had opened out to outside natural air, good wifi. close to airport for easy taxi transfer. 24 hour check-in.

air conditioning wasn’t that cooling despite all windows closed. tricky driving to entrance which is not located on main road. no guaranteed parking spot (so we didnt use it).

Everything about the property excluded our expectations, especially the pool on the rooftop with an amazing view. The super air conditioning and great kitchen facilities in the room made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. As far as the room and property is concerned , there is nothing to complain about.

The only downside of this property is its distance from the city center, as sometimes it took us around 1h to get there. However, the property is close to a few public transport options including multiple bus and metro line that take you to all of the key places in the city.

For us the location was great. Near the hotel 3 metro and 2 bus stations to go everywhere în 15-25 minuttes and Visit all Venues în Barcelona. Clean and big apt. close to a few restaurants to Take a cofee and croissant în the morning, if you not eat breakfast, and mercato for food, big balcony (for smokink). Good air conditioner and hot water all the time. Clean the room and change towels every 3 Days. I realy recommend for good price and conditions.

IT will be ok if they put more chairs at swiming pool (just 8 for all hotel).

Very clean apartment, we had everything we needed such us e.g fridge, washing machine, utensils. The sleep was a nice and quiet. The roof pool had spectacular city view. The location is a bit far away from the city centre but we used metro all the time. Just buy T10 travel card. I will stay again during my next Barcelona visit.

Not much restaurants around in the evening.

This was an amazing stay with super friendly staff. We checked-in the hotel at midnight and yet the person at the reception desk was very welcoming. He took his time to even explain us things properly and suggested us few guided tours. The hotel room itself was well equipped with utensils, plates, spoons etc, plus there was also a supermarket nearby.

I only felt that the room could have been even better if they provided us with basic cooking things like oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Also, the nearest metro station was 5-7mins walk, but since we were traveling with old age parents, it took us nearly 10 mins to walk and then further 30mins to reach the city center.

It is clean and comfortable. The pool is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The check-in and the communication was very easy. Near the location are many supermarkets. It is easy to reach the town (25 minutes) and the airport (40 minutes) by metro or by bus. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers breakfast and lunch.

The street was quiet noisy, if we opened the window. But the aircondition worked good, so we kept the window closed. The area around the hotel is not really nice, but if you enter the hotel it is quiet and friendly.
