The room was spacious and had a big bathroom. There was a wardrobe we could use if necessary, and in our room there was a kettle with a complimentary bag of green tea and a biscuit. The room temperature was good in our room, we were warm and comfy, and there were some blankets in the closet if necessary. The room was clean, the check in was easy, the staff nice and helpful (all in Spanish, not sure how their English is). Being able store our bags for the day after we'd checked out was a big plus.

Not all the rooms had kettles and it couldn't be changed upon the arrival, but we payed the same prices for the rooms, as far as I know. The room temperature was good in our room, but not so in another one, I heard from our friends (they stayed on a different floor). There weren't any shops open nearby after 11:30 pm, and the hotel couldn't provide us with a soft or alcoholic beverage.

Location - across the road from the train station (we were on the 6.52am AVE to Madrid) and at the start of the main shopping street. Facilities - shower was very hot and the double glazed windows meant we couldn’t hear the road outside.

The lady on reception was not friendly or helpful. We asked if we could swap to a room with a double bed (we were given a twin) and she just said NO. We also asked to pay the day before we left (given we were on an early train and I even told her that in Spanish). She FLATLY refused - told us there was someone on the desk 24 hours and we HAD to pay the next morning. Given there was no mini-bar or room-service and we were leaving well before breakfast started - it made no sense. But the gentleman on the desk when we left was lovely. Other people’s reviews mentioned a fridge but we saw no sign of one.

Staff was super helpful with everything that I needed about getting around town. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though it was directly across the street from the train station which was very convenient. The in-house garage was great as I rented a car for the time that I was there. The staff was incredibly professional that clean the rooms.

The only thing I would have liked was that the air conditioning worked as it was quite warm in the room at night and too loud outside to leave the windows open all night but they only turn on the air conditioning later on in the season when it's hot most of the time...

Very classy room fittings. Spacious and comfortable.

Parking situation was terrible. The hotel said they had reserved a parking spot for me in their underground garage, but I’m reaching there, I was told that the garage was full and that I could park out on the roads. But the city was very congested and it was impossible to park on the roads. Ended up parking in a paid garage about 300 m away at €17 a night. And in the morning, it took a while to bring the car to a convenient place near the hotel, to help load up the bags; since the roads are all one way and it’s hard to navigate in the congested neighborhood.

Awesome location, friendly staff, safety, and awesome parking. If you need just a place for a sleep - look no further. It has some flaws, but location, parking and price takes over everything.

A place to improve: smoking smell in some of the rooms, air conditioning could be better (I think this is hard to implement).

The location is the best point of the hotel. It is just in front of Lleida station and the lobby is spacious, clean and very comfortable to welcome friends or work colleagues. The breakfast was also good.

some of the facilities could be modernized such as TV with Netflix and Youtube but this is a minor problem

The room was very spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful and provided helpful tips about parking nearby the hotel. Our stay was very enjoyable and everything we expected for a nice stopover one day stay on our way north.

I chose the hotel for the location next to the railway station, not expecting anything much from a two star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised: it is of a much higher standard that comparable places in other Spanish cities I've stayed in recently. Large room, very comfortable bed, fast wifi, good bathroom and very quiet at night (I was at the back). And it is an easy walk into the main part of Lleida. And the people on reception were friendly and helpful.

Excellent room (size, decoration, ambient); the bed was very nice and the sheets and pillow were very confortable; the location of the Hotel is superb, as it is very close to the train station. Also overall all the staff was very nice, and aldso at check-out when I asked if it was possible to leave the luggage till 2 p.m. the answer was positive and with no hesitations.

Great location right opposite the train station and within easy reach of the Carrer Major. The room was comfortable and clean. We could even see some of the Batalla de Flors of the Festa Major celebrations. We would stay here again.

The only way to close the room doors is to slam them, so if somebody leaves their room during the night it may disturb you.
