Clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds with nice linens. Walkable to all sites. Cafes in front of the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Hotel was not that easy to find. On a non traffic street. Stairs to the reception desk then you can use the elevator to the room. You must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reception desk.. A/C not on due to season even though it was needed. You must leave your luggage at the hotel if you don't want to walk from the garage to the hotel with it. You must check in to find out where the paid parking garage is. Garage is not very close to the hotel and there should be a second person available to get down to open garage door for car to pass through.

The lift did not go down to the ground floor/entrance. The parking was initially a little complicated but staff were so helpful with instructions on how to get entry and use the key:)

Location was perfect! Staff was really friendly! We loved our stay here. Room is not luxurious but all is clean and comfy. We parked on the side of the big street and walked 2 streets to get to the hotel because it was bank holiday the parkings were free, but the hotel does offer a paid parking place as well.

Hotel Isasa far exceeded my expectations. Celestine was a wonderfully host. He answered all of my questions even though we struggled with one another’s language at times. Everything was clean and well cared for. The shared bathroom was expansive and hot water was plentiful.

Very nice room in a hotel that sits in the perfect location, especially if you're a food lover. The hotel sits in front of a school, so if you're coming during the year just be aware it can be a little noisy.

Clean,compact room for one. Centrally located,air conditioning and there was a balcony! (I'm a smoker,no traipsing down stairs😅)

Not much! Perfect place to crash after a long day travelling before restarting my Camino from Logroño!

Easy to access and very close by to the venue of the concert that i went to. Staff helped me out finding what to do before the event. the room was very neat and clean. They kept my bags for me before check in. Would love to stay here again.

That check in was until 3. I arrived by 11am. Check out was extremely easy cause I paid before arriving, but they were not sure about this so, we had to clarify to avoid double charging. This is between booking and the hotel, but the staff were incredibly nice to me.

Quiet, comfortable, very close to the main area and staff provided clear instructions on how to access by car and park the car overnight.

Bathroom isn't very private, just a panel of glass for the door

The bathroom was huge, which was unnecessary, but which created a buffer between other rooms. They were good about my arriving early and leaving my bag for a few hours before my train.

There was construction next door throughout the day. It started at 8:30 AM and went till around 6. I know it’s not fair to rate a place poorly for something outside their control, but they could have warned me since it was extremely loud and therefore impossible to sit in the room.

Excellent hotel with room only, which was very central to all of the festivities of San Mateo. We had a lovely room with comfy beds, plenty of lovely hot water and towels. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend. B C
