The apartment was well furnished throughout and probably the best one I've ever stayed in. I thought the pool area was very good and the pool was clean and well maintained with staff keeping an eye on towels that had been left on unused beds. I only had one breakfast, which was very good but a little on the expensive side.
Though my visit was early in the season I thought that a better variety of meals could have been offered in the evening. Another problem was the lack of public transport available, forcing us to use taxis to get into the town centre. The check in system was also quite slow.

Friendly staff at the check-in desk and room facility were both good. Our room was spacious with a big balcony. I liked that there was Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom spacious with complimentary shower gel. Large pool area with a slide. Wifi only in communal areas.
Hotel very dated, rooms need TLC, balcony furniture dirty. Hotel staff too busy to open safe so couldn’t use it also should be foc. Bars close at midnight and kitchen closes at 10pm. The hotel is on the outskirts of town and therefore should cater for the needs of clients and have food and drink available outside these hours. There was a dancing competition in the hotel and the noise from contestants kept us awake until 4am.

We stayed in a suite which was lovely. very big and large comfortable bed. Bathroom was beautiful.
It took far to long to check. We arrived at 2.30am after a long flight delay and just wanted to go to bed. it took over half an hour to check in and apparently the wifi was not working properly to check us in. The length of check in seriously needs addressing. Also at check out they tried to charge for items from the mini bar in our room which we had not touched! The hotel and room were lovely though.

amazing facilities with everything you need in the apartments. we stayed at room 4022 pool view. it really was lovely and an beautifully calm.
there is a clear drainage issue as the water and showers smelled a bit odd. the location must have a sewerage because there was a foul smell in the whole entire resort but because of air con I couldn’t smell it much inside the apartment which is always a bonus.

Great location but you need private transport to access all the great locations around this property. Large swimming pool with a large water slide for children and adults alike.
The furniture in the apartment was in need of a major uplift, it was very marked and the soft furnishing past their sell by date. Although still usable it was not what you would have expected of a Senator Hotel. Although the complete furnishings require replacement the apartments were very clean and daily cleaning was maintained.

Staff never smiling, except housekeeping. Kitchen was missing loads of utensil and shower wasn't working properly. Beaches 10 min far away from the hotel. Cupboard on the kitchen was broken

Location isn’t great if you don’t have a car. There are no local amenities - shops, supermarkets etc. Motorway is very close but it didn’t bother me. Not enough sun beds for the pool.

Awesome quality apartment, good size and very homely. If you have kids they will love the pool and water slides, adults will too. Quite close to Las Alkazares for a shopping, swim in the Mar Menor and a must do sunset walk on the promenade
Nothing much not to like about this awesome apartment. Typical of booking.com accommodation they are not always the best located in a property but even that was not too bad. The apartment could do with some more basic cooking utensils like a kettle, frying pan, coffee mugs etc and shower pressure is poor - don't flush the toilet before showering! Still loved it though

The hotel is a little dated. Could do with decorating and furniture upgrade. The settee was slightly smelly we felt .
