On arrival I was very early and Galina at reception made everything so easy and stress free. She has been excellent throughout my stay, from upgrading to all inclusive, getting me taxis and just making me feel very welcomed at your hotel. Your pool facilities are excellent and my son had the best time!! The staff at your pool bar (Madison, Cristian and Juan) were brilliant and so friendly. It was a joy to talk with them and they really know how to make people feel good whilst on holiday. Whilst all the staff at your hotel were definitely 5/5 at all times I can’t help but give these 4 members a special mention just because they made my stay that much better. Well done to all management and staff for the service levels you provide. See you next year!!!

Heat wave was a killer 🥵

The apartment was well furnished throughout and probably the best one I've ever stayed in. I thought the pool area was very good and the pool was clean and well maintained with staff keeping an eye on towels that had been left on unused beds. I only had one breakfast, which was very good but a little on the expensive side.

Though my visit was early in the season I thought that a better variety of meals could have been offered in the evening. Another problem was the lack of public transport available, forcing us to use taxis to get into the town centre. The check in system was also quite slow.

There was often a bad smell in the complex Location makes it difficult to get in and out of village, no taxi apps in the area so u must ring local drivers and they rarely not many of them. It would be excellent if thr local tourist train came to the hotel

Loved size of the apartment and amenities on site ... swimming pool

Location. Totally isolated. You need a car. Nearest shop about half hour walk. Too far from town. More basic cooking utensils needed in apartment: cutting knives, spatulas etc. T.V. needs upgrading to smart TV.

Fantastic pool. The apartment was on the ground floor with pool access so very convenient although did cost more.

The apartment was drab and dated, although kitchen facilities were good. Access to the apartment through the hotel was a long way round after parking a car.

Friendly staff at the check-in desk and room facility were both good. Our room was spacious with a big balcony. I liked that there was Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom spacious with complimentary shower gel. Large pool area with a slide. Wifi only in communal areas.

Hotel very dated, rooms need TLC, balcony furniture dirty. Hotel staff too busy to open safe so couldn’t use it also should be foc. Bars close at midnight and kitchen closes at 10pm. The hotel is on the outskirts of town and therefore should cater for the needs of clients and have food and drink available outside these hours. There was a dancing competition in the hotel and the noise from contestants kept us awake until 4am.

Lovely, spacious apartment and amenities ... large pool.

Location very poor. Desolate area. No shops, restaurants or bars in easy reach. Definitely need a vehicle to get around to simply visit the beach or to get shopping. Area needs development. Maybe great if you live there and can commute.

Check in was fast as we arrived fairly early. The room was very clean and spacious. The public areas looked good but we didnt use them. We walked around and the pool area was busy but there were lots of kids.

For a hotel this size the reception desk is small.

Housekeeping were a little slack. Had to go and ask for him liners, bath mats. Isolated location. No shops in location.
