This Boutique Hotel had a very traditional Spanish feel to it throughout which we loved. You could see that a lot of thought and expense had gone into selecting, placing furniture items, pictures, and paintings, and the hotels colour scheme. Rooms were really big, great if you have your family dog with you like we did. Each of the rooms have an individual theme to them, and we're offered a choice of two available on arrival as we hadn't prebook a specific room. The outside terrace and pool area was lovely to sit, relax, and enjoy some winer sun and a glass of the local vino tinto. The centre of Marbella was just a 15 min drive. we left the car and got a taxi less than 10€ each way as parking is expensive in Marbella itself. and less hassel in a very busy city. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at this Boutique hotel located in a quite wethly location with some amazing properties around.

There was a mini fridge just sat on the floor in the room it looks out of place, needs to be located within a unit to conceal it like in most other hotels, that's it.

Great small hotel, the owner waited up to welcome us on the Friday evening - we had a late flight and didn't arrive until midnight. She was extremely welcoming and invited us to have a drink on the terrace before bed. We had a great room - the London room. Wonderful themed large room and ensuite, very clean. We had a small fridge, coffee maker and lots of wardrobe space. We had a very relaxing stay.

Only 1 thing I would like to see, a full length mirror in our room. We were attending a couple of parties whilst staying and it would have been helpful. But only a little thing, everything was great.

Beautifully decorated environment with very large rooms. Real Andaluz style with incredible attention to detail. An oasis of beauty and atmosphere.

The only slightly false note was a very expensive evening meal, which was presented as a simple choice with no frills, "what we can find in the kitchen" There was no menu, and we were happy to go along with all suggestions, but to be charged 36 euros for a simple medium sized green salad is outrageous.

There is absolutely everything to love about this stay. The host was one of the most loveliest business owners I have seen, she even allowed us to view and choose the room let us check out late and use the pool at all times of the day. This is the right way to run a business. I travel 9 months of the year and not even many 4 star hotels compare to this accomodation. If I could give it 10 stars I would. All the staff were so welcoming I wish we could have stayed longer I definitely will be back. The breakfast is amazing.. There is everything to love about this if you are looking for exceptional stay, clean, warm, relaxing this will not disappoint you. Thank you so much again and we will see you soon 🤗 🇦🇺

The owner, Silvana, has taken an old finca farmhouse and stables and has made it into an absolutely unique place to stay. beautiful, thoughtful decorations in the hills above Marbella, with spectacular views of the ocean where, if conditions are right, you can see Africa across the sea. great place for a couples retreat or as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Really very little. I was there in winter, and the heat in the room was excellent. Like so many other places in the south of Spain, during winter people insist on sitting outside and keeping windows and doors open when, for me, it is uncomfortably cold. (I acknowledge a certain irony here as I’m in the south of Spain precisely to escape the cold and snow of the northern climes where I live the rest of the year). Silvana did light a fire each night in the huge fireplace in the main area of the house. You definitely need a car if you’re staying here, as it is a short drive into Marbella, but in a residential area that is not very walkable.

I’m not sure where to start. The Cortijo Boutique hotel was fabulous! The owner, Silvana, takes great pride in her hotel and treats you like family. Every guest room is beautifully and uniquely decorated. We enjoyed our amazing breakfast every morning on the terrasse overlooking the pool and the Med beyond. A gorgeous view! We had many dinners at the hotel which were all amazing, as well. We highly recommend this hotel, and plan to return!

The hotel has a very good location, on a hill, above the sea. We were by car, so it was easy to get where we needed.The breakfast was served on a terrace with stunning view. Hotel has wonderful garden.Attentive hostess Silvana and whole staff create an atmosphere, that makes you feel like you are visiting your close relatives. On the day of arrival we had lunch at the hotel, lunch was very tasty and well prepared. So, I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is the one you don't wanna leave, a home away from home. The owner, Silvana is "the queen of her castle", very energetic, helpful and artistic person who has an eye for the details. Her fantastic artworks are everywhere in the house giving it a personal touch. Our room was spacious with a big wardrobe and super comfy bed. The breakfast was very good and it was a pleasure to enjoy it on the terrace or alternatively on the patio. Couple of nights, the breakfast was brought to the room fridge because we had to leave so early next morning. The pool area was so inviting and the pool itself was clean with just a right water temperature to wake you up after taking a nap in a Rocking Sun Lounger. Looking forward to return later in the spring.

Starting with the friendly checkin and enthousiastic introduction that made us feel very special, the hostess is truely lovely! Entering the amazing residence and room that was something out of this world, beautifull and intriguing finishing touches and center pieces everywhere we looked (truely the home of a great artist), a complete and private breakfast at our table at the pool with sea-sight. Words can't describe this, i highly recommend anybody to experience it!
