The resort is beautiful, with wonderful plants and trees everywhere. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the Meloneras beach and 15 minutes away from the dunes and town. The place is the cleanest ever. The staff is very well trained. The quality of the entertainment is extremely high, both day time classes and evening shows. The buffet is pretty high quality and very diverse. Underground parking is really useful. We even were offered a courtesy room to take a shower as our flight was delayed. The Spa is incredible albeit a bit expensive. Loads of activities for kids on offer. We were looking for a quiet vacation and this hotel clearly is not a party place.

This was an expensive stay so one can be demanding. There were some details that could improve overall comfort. For instance, the fridge is right by the bed and a bit loud. Luckily, you can turn it off if it bothers you. The electric box in the hallway hums a bit, although it isn't too disturbing. The design of the buildings, with long open hallways, means that the sound echoes and carries. I was woken up a few times by departing customers, cleaners or other noises. This could be avoided if there was a second door between the bathroom / wardrobe area and the bedroom / lounge area. Even a thick curtain could help. There are 6 pools but no free sauna / steam room.

overall a very enjoyable and would recommend. Good pool and facilities. Good breakfast. Good location. Staff were all pleasant.

only minor things: Some of the info from staff was incorrect e.g. told we had to wear trousers at the poolside bar for dinner but when we turned up everyone else was in shorts. The food at the poolside bar ,while well priced, wasnt great. Activities and breakfast needed to be pre-booked but that system didnt work smoothly. some were overprescribed and we couldn't fully participate when we turned up even though we had booked. Breakfast was in two locations and we were told both were identical offerings. but on the last day we went to the main location and it had a better offering like honeycomb and sparkling wine which we didnt have in the other location we had been using for most of our stay

The architecture and the gardens are stunning. The staff was very friendly, and we liked the atmosphere. The room was very spacious and the beds were excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffet were really good too

Parents who don't control their kids or don't understand we don't have to deal with their uneducated kids, but that's clearly not hotel's fault.

The breakfast was very good. Fantastisk staff at the hotel, everybody is helpful And the cleaning was perfect.

We had to to leave the towels at the sunbed very early in the morning, at 07.00 in the morning many sunbeds was taken already. The coffemaschin was out of order some days, that was not good.

The room was large and comfortable. The pool area is very nice, there are plenty of sunbeds and the pools weren't crowded even in the middle of summer. The hotel itself is very pretty and fun organised to look like a small village.

Waiting in long lines to get seated for breakfast, when there are more than plenty empty tables in the restaurant. I understand that it's the "service" of 5 star hotels to be "guided" to where you will eat, but come on, I am quite capable of sitting down at an empty table, especially if the alternative is waiting outside to be seated. Also, breakfast menu was repetitive. Additionally, the sound insulation between the rooms and from the hallway is pretty bad. You could hear other guests talking in the other rooms and when someone was walking in the hallway.

Everything was excellent. A lovely resort, well spread out, exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff, good food, reasonably priced drinks. 5 pools all at different temperatures. Loved the Italian restaurant on-site OVO. Location fantastic, on the promenade within short walking distance to excellent restaurants, shops and beach. Bedrooms are large with big bathroom and a walk in-wardrobe. Bed was massive and extremely comfortable.

I cant think of anything negative to say about the hotel. Other reviews say the resort is very big but I felt this was a plus as it never felt overcrowded and you could always get sunbeds which were well spread out.

Biggest hotel pools in the region. Better restaurant buffet (breakfast, dinner) than some of the neighboring 5-star hotels, in my experience. Also, the hotel area, in general, is quite big and allows you to play pool, with a daily mini disco event for kids, other kids friendly events during the day, that mattered to us. I also enjoyed the hotel gym. The gym cannot replace a proper commercial guy but it has multiple cable machines, even a leg press, which is surely not what most hotels have. Furthermore, since it is a spa, the spa is quite big and impressive too, for such a hotel. I've enjoyed two sports massages.

The rooms are very comfortable, in comparison to other Lopesan hotels this one has the best rooms. Separate wardrobe, comfy sofa and coffee table, balcon. Bathroom with both bathtube and shower.

Well it looks like ther eis not enough waiters in the restaurant. Part of them seem frustrated and guests can feel that. Some of them are running that fast that they do not even stop when you ask them a question and replying while running and you feel like a naughty fly they want to get rid of. Obviously there is a part of them that is still smiling and helpful, but it looks like something wrong is going on there since that wasn't a case in this hotel previously. On the contrary cleaning services employees or maybe this only one, girl name Nayusa is the nicest , kind and helpful person you can imagine, obviously her work also excellent. The Thalasso personell equaly nicke , smiling and helpful!

Location is superb. Hotel is very clean and quite chilled out which is lovely. Interestingly, no pool person and this actually worked exceptionally well. Less stressful, no one grabbing your towels and each person taking responsibility. There is ample room so no need to grab seats etc. Towels are changed only three times a week so this is better for the environment and again guests take responsibility.

Breakfast is very good with a good selection. Possibly over obsession with cleaning and clearing so breakfast is a little stressful and more functional than pleasant. Would have loved boiling water for tea - machines do not produce boiling water. Small things. Would have loved a kettle in the room and an ironing board/iron and a small fridge. A couple of English speaking stations on TV would have also been appreciated. Then it would have been amazing.

This was by far the biggest and grand property I have stayed at. 5/6 Swimming pools, few silent swimming pools, nice activity area where live music was going on during some evenings. A bar near the pool area, very close to the beach, access to promenade. Breakfast was inhumane. It had so many many many( stress on many) variety for both vegetarian and non veg people. Pancakes, breads, jams, fruits, eggs, milk, nuts, cheese, creams, yogurts, beef - you probably haven’t even thought about it and they got it- more than you could imagine. There was also one day a guy playing saxophone during breakfast, was an amazing experience. They had many live counters.

I think the staff could be more friendly and recommending you stuff (specifically if you are there for the first time). It felt they were quite disinterested. Although they did allow us a late checkout by 1 hour so some bonus points for that. The pools which were mentioned to be heated were lukewarm at best. Spa was paid and indoor pools were also paid. Also, needed to be booked in advance.
