Firstly the most amazing staff from arrival to departure nothing was ever too much for them all. The hotel is just so peaceful, clean lovely food and beverages. We will without a doubt be returning. Thank you all for making this an amazing holiday.

lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here now??🤔 stayed in most Gay only accommodation over the last 25 years but since I discovered Hotel Seven I’ve never even considered staying anywhere else? Everything is just Perfect it’s like staying in your own bungalow but with all the benefits & facilities of a top end hotel! The staff are all amazing The breakfast is fantastic The Rooms are lovely & spacious The pool area & gardens are exceptional There’s an outdoor Gym and in the Basement beneath reception there’s a wellness suite with a sauna & steam room and Massage treatment rooms too! seriously guys if you’ve never stayed here give it a try! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was such a beautiful hotel with stunning Mountain View’s. The food was delicious and the room and pool was perfection.

Having to leave

Everything about my stay was perfect. From the warm greeting, through the love and care throughout my stay, to the care in making sure I made my flight home on time. Big shout out Gaby and Antonio for making sure I had enough liquid to keep me going in the heat!!! As a musician, having the unexpected pleasure to hear Riki Sax play some sweet soft tunes was an absolute joy. If I could give an 11 I would.

Amazing atmosphere - very relaxing and chilled - no real reason to leave the resort during the stay :-) the staff were exceptional - Room/suite exceeded expectation - overall amazing stay and will be coming back :-)

Just a suggestion - provided a communal water cooler to fill up water bottles etc i.e guests could buy a MOW water bottle to use during their stay by the pool etc - save plastic, from buying the bottled water at the bar.

Everything was just perfect from beginning to end, the staff were all exceptional professional and polite, accommodation was as described and as shown in photos. Food and service top notch. I absolutely would recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. Thank you aslo for allowing us to attend the Thursday drag show with a friend even though we had already checked out, great show.

Me and my partner had an amazing and fabulous stay at the hotel..staff are so professional and very friendly. Dorian and Antonio are very keen and exceptional when it comes to customer sevice satisfaction. Superb and sophisticated place to stay in Gran Canaria , very private, discreet and beautiful people. Will definitely comeback soon . Five star 🌟 experience !!

The Staff at seven wellness are lovely, they make your stay super relaxed. The Hotel is chilled and friendly. The facilities are perfect and its in a quiet location with super views to the mountains. Its €5 for a taxi to almost any location and the staff can arrange a driver for you for longer or airport journeys (these are also not that expensive). This place is a gem, clean, comfortable, friendly and above all superb staff which is the most important quality.
