We absolutely loved these apartments. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the apartment was a great size with awesome air conditioning. It was close to the beach, and the food was very fresh with a good selection. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Would definitely recommend.

The only criticism I could make was that 1: the Wi-Fi was patchy at best, not fit for purpose at worst. 2: we went for the half board dinner option. The dinner started at 7.30pm. For us, that was far too late. We usually eat around 6pm, especially with our young son with us, we found it way too late.

I want to describe this place with one word - Paradise . We went to celebrate our birthdays and it was amazing choice. Location very close to the beach and airport, specious room with two balconies very clean . Since we arrived I lost for the words how great hotel is . Special Thank You to Oscar and Nacho administration guys , you are The Best!!! Always Helping with everything, so caring and kind. All staff include cleaners very welcoming. Thank you for the Kitchen staff, Food so tasty and fresh every Day. Hotel good for kids as well , kids play zone , swimming pool . Everything was Perfect

The hotel is in an excellent location, a five minute walk from Punta Prima beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, it was our first time travelling with our baby and they made it a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of wildlife within the hotel grounds which was lovely to see. The pools were an added bonus, the adult pool isn't heated but our baby loved paddling in the heated children's pool. Really family friendly.

The bed was two single mattresses pushed together which left a gap or one mattress was higher than the other which wasn't very comfortable.

I travelled here with my boyfriend in July. Everything about the property was great. We had a balcony and had a swimming pool view. The swimming pool was big, and nice to cool off. The staff where friendly. There was good air conditioning once we figured out how to use it. You have to set it to the day, my boyfriend figured out and then it started working. There is a supermarket close by with a bus stop down the road if you want to travel to Mahon for the day. There’s also a mini train down the beach which is walking distance with shops and restaurants. I will give this a 9/10 as we didn’t eat the food here as we was self catering. It’s quiet at night. Would recommend.

I didn’t not like anything about the property. Everything was fine.

The food was excellent (breakfast also, but mainly dinner), very friendly and helpfull staff, children friendly (swimming pool excellente for our 2 years old child and besides not having so many toys there's a room for children near the swimming pool. Also an exterior playground). Everything according to what we expected.

Bathroom + kitchen not spectacular, but ok, was enought. We needed to pay extra bed for our children. For 3euro/night, the hotel could be not charging this children bed. I know, it's peanuts, but precisely because of that they could be not chargjng it and have even better rating from our side.

the apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool was lovely and facilities were all great. very close to a supermarket, with great restaurants, beach and more supermarkets only a short walk away. The no 92 bus to and from Mao stops very close to apartment. To have your own garden area outside was really nice. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. We used the complex restaurant on the last night, there was a lot of choice and food was good. Nothing negative to say about this place, would have so loved to stay longer

Great location, loved the way the apartment overlooked pool area, so convenient! Lovely food. . Very clean. Definitely would return . Lovely daytime atmosphere 👌

Regarding the kitchen, I would prefer a mug type of cup for tea/coffee and a chopping board would be useful but these are minor details! The bar area lacked atmosphere in the evening but it was early in the season , the acts performing were very professional, just a pity they didn't have more of an audience,also maybe the lighting could be a bit more subdued in the evening?

The hotel was only a couple of minute stroll to the beach front, it is only a small town so everything is within walking distance. The hotel was perfectly laid out, all apartments are two storey and all face the pool, none of them feel isolated. The pool was large with plenty of beds no matter what time of the day we went for a dip. Breakfast was ok, tendered for most people needs. The apartment was a little dated but was fine, very clean and plenty of room for the two of us. We stayed in a upper floor apartment, the balcony was a chilled area to just relax.

In front of most apartments were trees, we had a large tree in front of our apartment so it blocked our view of the pool, in my opinion they could do with being trimmed back a little, but this is just my opinion and other people may prefer to have more privacy The area just consists of cafes and restaurants, there are no bars as such, if you like your sport there are just a couple of places to go and have a drink and watch your preferred sport, the main one was called Canchelo and is located opposite the Occidental Menorca/Barcelo Hotel half way up the hill, they have a few tv's. It is run by an English gentleman and his Spanish wife who are very helpful and will put what game you want on, they also do food as well

Spacious apartments, clean, well maintained, large balcony. All apartments face on to the pool area. ground floor have gardens with sun loungers so plenty available at the pool all day. Very relaxed atmosphere, quiet in evening, perfect for families/couples . Food from the pool bar was lovely. All Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Close to the beach and restaurants.

The main restaurant is detached from the hotel, not many guests seemed to be using it so not much atmosphere.

All the staff were very friendly. I The property was clean and well equipped.

I think there needs to be more visible signage regarding the pool rules. There was an incident with someone having their large inflatable taken away. We only saw one sign explaining what was and wasn't allowed. Maybe there should be some information in the apartments. I know it's difficult to find a balance but having seen a young child being pulled from a hotel pool some years ago safety has to be a priority.
