The gentleman on reception was so welcoming,even though I had very little Spanish and he had no English,we managed to understand each other very well.Our room was really nice,clean air conditioned(simple on /off button) lovely toiletries and a great shower.Bed were very comfortable .Even though our room was at the front of the hotel which was on the road,windows were of good quality so very quite.All the staff we met were so friendly,I highly recommend this hotel and it was really good value too.Free car parking was a real bonus Thank you all we we be back !

Extremely easy to find with lots of free car parking, some covered parking too. Spotlessly clean, great bathroom and large shower, lively bar on site which serves food and a shop on site too for the basics. The hotel sits at the edge of Monesterio where there are plenty of other bars and shops. However, unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday which was the third day of a local festival so the bars did not re open in the evening.

Hotel Leo was very modern, spacious and had all the facilities a traveller needs. I’m a pilgrim walking the Via de la Plata and I really appreciated the warm welcome, the lovely room and bathroom, the air-conditioning and the delicious meal from the extensive menu in the cafeteria which you can have at any time. There’s also a shop so you can stock up on snacks, water etc.

Very new and very modern with traditional twist to it, The adjacent bar/restaurant which is part of the hotel had many Spanish in it which always tells us it is a good place to eat and drink, Very noisy loud which gave it a tremendous atmosphere though the hotel part was very quite

Cafetaria just under the hotel. Kind and helpful. Yoi can take away to your room. Safe parking and great location Be careful though not to get confused with hotel Complejo leo which is 8 away and seems as good

Hotel was pristine clean and well equipped. Very easy to find. Plenty of parking. It is also a popular cafe so was able to have something to eat at anytime including Sunday when I arrived.

My room was over the cafe and was a bit noisy until after midnight. I would happily go again but request a room at the rear.

Driving south to north alone across Spain to the Santander ferry, I was there for a planned overnight and then two extra nights with toothache/visit to medical centre etc., they could not have been kinder or more helpful with everything. I will be using them whenever there, and highly recommend them.

there is free parking, well lit outside the front door. Large rooms, recently refurbed to a high standard. very clean

rooms at the front get a bit of noise from the restaurant and bar downstairs

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The link to the A66 (for those going North to Salamanca or South to Seville with a link to the Algarve (which was where we were heading)) was three or four minutes.

the room was clean, comfortable and climate control was good. The bed was cosy. We had some issues with our car on check out, big thankyou to manager who helped us out.
