The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. Good air con, it was a very hot day. Location is pretty central and good for access to tourist areas. Parking was discounted in a local multi storey, €19 per day so not too bad. It was also simple and quick to access the hotel from the motorway. Breakfast was good quality and good value.

Very comfortable bed and clean room. Housekeeping staff worked hard covering the entire hotel and kept room clean and tidy every day despite me not requesting it. Lovely coming back to tidy room after a day of sightseeing. Staff very hopeful and fantastic location. 3 min walk to cathedral and an easy walk around Central area where there are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants.

Some other guests very loud when returning to rooms late at night. Inner courtyard rooms meant you face other rooms and can hear everything. Doors banged and echoed through corridor and sometimes hear staff talking loudly in morning.

location of hotel was excellent and close to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was great with lots of options including cooked items. Bed was very comfortable and loved the free toiletries which smelled great.

Would have liked tea and coffee making facilties in room. Fridge didn't work, although we didn't use it so didn't matter to us. Very limited storage space for 2 people. Space wasted in other areas of the room eg beside tables where there could have been drawers.

Staff are kind and attentive. Room are spacious and comfortable. You can hear people outside but we are glad our room is not Sid by side.

The door is not noise proof. You can easily hear people on the hallway. There were problem with the continues water leakage in the toilet. We solve it by turning off main switch and open only when we need to plush. We informed the receptionist about it when we were leaving because we don’t want anyone entering our room. But I hope they look into it as Spain is having problems with water.

Review of Hotel Murcia Portugal. Tuesday 27.12.22- Thurs 28.12.22. Central location to old town. Room 318 with inside view. Comfortable room and bathroom. Modern design with Heated towel rail, and bathroom mirror with built in light and shaver zoom mirror. Walk in shower with massage head. No kettle facilities. Complimentary water on arrival. Quiet and spacious. Friendly receptionist Christina always helpful to our every question. Delicious full breakfast served by friendly staff. Excellent central location, absolutely perfect for visiting Murcia on foot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close by. The main square Plaza de Flores with fab tapas bars very close by, a 5 minute walk. Great breakfast buffet, lots of choices and filled up very regularly. Extremely friendly staff. 100% recommended.

Room was on the small size, but perfectly fine and worth it for the central location. Bathroom and shower was a good size.

Central location, close to shops, supermarket and cathedral. No problem to bring my bike into the hotel and into my room (I was here for a race). No problem to bring food into the room from outside (in my case ready made paella from Mercadona).

No kettle, coffee or tea facilities, I understand these are available in more expensive rooms. I brought my own anyway, so no problem for me! Parking is a little way away, although you can park at a reduced rate for 24hrs. It's a very short drive/ walk back.

I really appreciate the location. It's literally in the heart of the city centre. The building is modern and and bedrooms newly furbished, I found the bed very comfortable. * I'd consider having a Kettle , coffee and tea in the room . Guests appreciate it. Especially in winter.

Spanish people can be little loud on a weekend out, considering that the Hotel is in the middle of the centre, I understand we had to deal with a bunch of girls partying under our window. But if you like quite places, maybe you should ask for a room on the 7th floor.

Good location, a nice room, a fridge, and nice staff. Quick check-in. The room was quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors. The bed is good. There is a desk and chair for work. Good condition of the room. There is a left-luggage office, you can leave things after check-out from the room, I used it. Given the cost and location and star rating, everything is fine. I would recommend this hotel.

No issues in general. It would be possible to give out slippers and a corkscrew))).

The staff we super helpful as we were a group of 4 blokes with bikes and they were happy to store those in a secure room for us. The location of the hotel is excellent for the central attractions - the cathedral is 2 minutes away - and the eating / drinking venues, plus it is close to the river which allows access in and out of the city on bikes with its neighbouring cycle lanes. Our rooms were made up for us every day and despite the central location it was generally quiet overnight.

Difficult location for initial bike drop off, but that was only a temporary challenge.
