Large rooms. Clean tidy lovely large bathroom. Complimentary toiletries. Fridge with chargeable drinks. Covid measures in place. Reception spoke English. Parking although payable was secure. 20min walk to the centre. Allowed to check in at 11 am. Breakfast ok. Huge beds

Pool area was closed / so no where to relax outside. Tea & Coffee facilities not in the room. Coffee wasn't good from push button machine. Outside Seating area had all the cushions removed. It was 23 degrees on our first day so it would have been nice to sit outside with a glass of wine during our stay. After raising with bar staff eventually we we allowed to sit outside but still no comfortable seating provided. Minor issue. Really firm beds.

I love everything about the room itself, spacious and comfortable, terrase has a comfy chairs and the view was nice. They was thinking about every detail you need when you travel. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean and the massage shower - excellent. Also it's quiet during the night so you can sleep like a baby. We really enjoyed our stay there. Yes, the hotel is a bit further from the city centre, but nothing too serious, 15 to 20 minutes walk. We were enjoying walking back from the city, we took pictures with the city sign and it was really cool.

One thing was really annoying, the hairdryer had some kind of protection build in, so I wasn't able to dry my hair in one go. It was working for say one minute and then it needed to cool down for 2-3 minutes and after that I could continue drying my hair for another minute and so on. Also the curtains wasn't blackout therefore bit of light was coming through. Fortunately I was very tired after all the walk we were doing, so this time it wasn't an issue.

The location was very convenient for the bull ring, where we were going to a live concert. The room was a little tired but comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were good and I liked the swimming pool, although getting a sunlounger was difficult as there were lots of sunloungers but they were mostly 'reserved' with towels (no-one using them though!).

The neighbourhood was a bit rough, although I didn't feel unsafe wondering around but wouldn't have enjoyed doing so on my own. We had a room on the road side of the hotel and on Friday morning road works (digging) started at 07:40 which woke us up and we were unable to get back to sleep. The rooms were a little tired but clean, except for the drain holes in the bathroom sinks, where a little bleach and a clean with a brush wouldn't go amiss.

Room was clean and well presented. Safe, free of charge was included in the room. Fridge well stocked with drinks at reasonable prices. Bathroom massively stocked with toiletries and an excellent shower. The breakfast was very well stocked with all manner of tastes from full English to continental to cereals. Excellent pool with free towels

We were staying at absolute peak time, so the pool area (sun beds & parasols) were soon taken but there is a pool rule that if you leave your bed for over 30 mins then you lose the bed. A little cramped

Everything! The room was clean, the pool was amazing, the bar was great, and the location was so close to the center, shops, and a tram station. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service and kindness of every member of staff. The receptionists were so kind and listened when we had any questions and helped me when my phone was stolen (outside the hotel). The cleaning staff were understanding and helpful when we had a problem in our room, and the lifeguards (josé!) were friendly and made us feel comfortable at the pool. We also loved that when we spoke our (not great) Spanish, the staff would speak back to us in Spanish. As we are erasmus students and staying here for a year to improve our Spanish, this made us feel respected and really helped our confidence in our first week. We will recommend this hotel to everyone that comes to visit us this year and will definitely be returning with Hotel Nelva after our year in Murcia is over.

The hotel is a large business type hotel located in a good position. Car parking facility is excellent. Room excellent as was the breakfast. A large outdoor swimming pool with towel service and excellent facilities. Bar was very pleasant.

To walk directly to the old town, requires walking through what appears to be quite a rough estate. There is even graffiti daubed on walls facing the hotel. Not the hotels fault but they need to get on to their local government to enhance the area!

Spacious and quiet modern room. The staff went out of their way to help us when we asked. Breakfast was excellent, I didn't notice any shortage at all as some comments suggest, on the contrary. Free charging for our tesla (there is some charge for other car models), and great parking with access to the hotel via elevator. Totally recommend.

Beautiful hotel, room & pool. And staff were lovely! Bathroom (spa shower & double sinks), Toiletries & coffee machine were all top class. (Paid extra for an extra large double bed & balcony….Room 702) Super comfortable bed & so quiet…didn’t hear any other hotel guests on our floor the whole duration of our stay which is so unusual these days. so much so we didn’t wake til 1040 one morning!!! pool was immaculate & no problem getting sun beds which were also very comfortable. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar so can’t comment however they looked lovey….we just wanted to get out n about & explore Murcia. Point of note for others going, yes there’s a Lidl to the left as you exit the hotel however there’s a bigger supermarket (Mercadona) to the right & behind the hotel which sells beautiful fresh Serrano & chorizo meats, cheeses, fruit, sushi, pastries etc. along with everything else you could possibly need.

Everything about the hotel on arrival was excellent, the staff , the lobby and bar area, and the rooms and bathroom facilities were superb.

The lead up to the advance booking with booking .com was set at £50 and all was ok until either a glitch in booking .com system my booking had been cancelled after calls with booking.com and the hotel they advised rebook it at a higher cost £69 done the same day, and take it up with the hotel on arrival of which I did but hotel stated not there problem take it up with booking.com. so rather disappointed to say the least with the outcome.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy. The bathroom was big and spacious with a gorgeous power shower and the hotel supplied lots of bathroom amenities. We mainly booked it for the pool which exceeded our expectations. It gets direct sunlight for the majority of the day, is extremally clean and the lifeguard on duty at the time was a blonde haired girl, she was so helpful and friendly to us. The gym is small but modern and has all the necessities for a good workout.

A water dispenser in the hallway. Remember to stock up your water as there are no vending machine's in the hotel.
