The room was great room 112 it had a huge private balcony with loungers and direct access to the pool. Happy hour deal on drinks was fab. Nice large fridge and sea view. Staff were very friendly and helpful at ordering taxis etc. This is a nice quiet spot, which suited us.

Everything was GREAT! Think maybe some ambient music could have been playing in the bar or conservatory area as at times we were the only people in there and was very quiet but some people might like that!

I had to leave very early the next day; I told Rosa that I would be gone before they started serving breakfast. Rosa packed me a sandwich/snack bag for the long bus ride. It made me feel very special.

The price. I paid 120 for the Arcos room, when I returned to Nijha a stayed in Hostal San Miguel. only $40 bucks for a room for the night, the shower was ten times better.

We picked this hotel mainly for the convenience of having parking and we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a huge terrace and a large comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. An extra pleasant surprise was that the restaurant is very good. We had a lovely dinner there.

The breakfast was a bit basic but we definitely felt for the price we paid it was fine. There were a few ants in the room. Not a big deal but that might be a problem in summer.

Everything! The room was gorgeous... big bathroom, clean spacious, mini bar fridge, super comfortable king bed had an excellent sleep. Quiet surroundings. The bar offers happy hour from 5-9 had a nice visit and staff were wonderful and friendly. The attached restaurant looked good checked out the prices and they were really reasonable... we didn't eat because we were so full from paella earlier, however we would definitely try it if we went back. We had breakfast included nice atmosphere out in the garden patio area, good selections and variety.

They only had tea bags in the room would be nice to have a couple instant coffees other then that... no complaints

Very large room and terrace, but we have had rooms with a better view before. Good wifi and free safe in room. Excellent restaurant on site and good options for eating out in easy walking distance. Three hour 'happy hour'.

The breakfasts are uninspiring. Parking in front of the hotels is tight, but there is ample parking space behind the hotel.

Check in was excellent. We arrived a few hours before the check in time of 2pm and the member of staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful, offering to let us store our luggage at the reception desk until our room became available. We made use of the bar facilities until our room was ready, drinks prices are reasonable and the outside area very comfortable and relaxing. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained with a huge bed. Ceiling fan and air con was great to have and cooled the room nicely! The balcony is very spacious with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Pool area was lovely, well laid out and had ample sun loungers. The pool is also a good size and the water crystal clear and clean. Breakfast was nice, consisting of hot dog type sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals and the usual continental breakfast items. The hotel is situated not far from Burriana beach, seafront bars and cafés and shops. There is a Mercadona supermarket just next to the hotel for any bits and pieces you may need. We had really enjoyable stay. Can't praise the staff enough! They were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like!

Initially we were given a large room on the ground floor but with no view and no useable outside space. When we complained we were moved to the first floor in a smaller (but adequate) room with a view as advertised and immediate access to the pool.

Breakfast was acceptable but very repetitive. Location is outside central Nerja. Too far to walk. We needed our hire car.

We had the best stay here. The hotel is lovely and calm and peaceful, especially around the pool area. Our baby properly did cause a bit of noise however we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The cleaners gave our room a thorough clean each day. The staff were so warm and welcoming.

The location probably isn’t ideal. However that’s why the hotel is so lovely and peaceful. We under estimated how long it would take us to walk to the beach and Balcon de Europe. Even though it’s not technically far it is very hilly.

Our room was very clean and comfortable with a large terrace and direct access to the pool. The location is out of the Centre but ideal for our needs near to Capistrano Village.

The included breakfast was just adequate. The cooked egg and bacon was cold every day.
