Difficult to find on gps

Very nice room. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. It was a 15 minute walk into the old town but there were plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel. The local people in Oviedo were very nice as well.

I noticed the fine quality of the bedding and the bed was perfectly made up each day. I also was happy to find extra blankets since the nights were chilly.

I would have liked a room on a higher floor, I was disturbed by noise from the street. Also noticed ( since I am using heavy luggage on wheels0, that there was no ramp to enter the hotel from the sidewalk.

Large bedroom and beautiful bathroom. I read a review in which the reviewer complained that the rooms were in great need of renovation. The rooms are dated but they are very clean and the walls have obviously been painted so for me it was an excellent experience. Had a large window with a nice view of the downtown area and the location was excellent if you want to be near everything. The staff were kind and very accommodating. Gabriel was especially helpful at the front desk in finding a locksmith on a Saturday for an emergency. The breakfast buffet was excellent value at 12€. A full selection of fruits, juices, cereals and bakery items plus eggs and bacon made to order!

I was on the second floor so there was a bit of street noise…it is the downtown of a city of 220,000 after all!

Lovely clean room with balcony. Had Ac and fridge. Lovely breakfast. So central to walk to historic area and shops. Quite neighbourhood.Very clean streets and gorgeous park nearby. A beautiful city and reasonable priced hotel.

Parking is difficult on street which is busy. Hotel has carpark but only a few spaces and quite expensive.

That area the hotel is situated in is a really nice part of the city within a few minutes walk to the city centre and park.

There was construction works going on and the was no tea / coffee facilities in the room. Our room had been recently renovated and was really clean and modern.

Really good location, when we arrived, parked immediately outside the hotel in the dedicated area. Staff were really helpful and they have their own underground car park The location is brilliant, just a short walk into the city centre. Breakfast is usual Spanish buffet, but they will do freshly cooked eggs as well. We had dinner one night, don't be put off by the menu in the lift, that is just the "menu del dia", there is a full comprehensive menu as well. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. All in all, very pleased with everything.

Great location. Loved the bathroom and the staff of the hotel.

The AC did not work very well and the room was warm. The beds were a little hard for my liking.

The room was comfortable and there was complimentary water on arrival as well as a kettle to make coffee and tea. The location was a little far from downtown (about 700mts) down the road and hill, but this was a good way to do some exercise too with our daily walking up and down the hill. The beds were comfortable too. Hotel parking is offered at a reduced rate compared to the near by parking so this was good. However, see below.

The staff were a little serious, which can be a off putting at first, but after I wished them a happy festive season they reciprocated. Hotel parking was handy, but not very comfortable as the spaces are rather small so a bit of maneuvering was required. If it had been full, I don't know how I would have been able to get out of my spot as it was quite small.

Beds really comfortable, good facilities in the rooms including mini fridge, great location for easy walk into the centre and the hotel had parking on site. Staff were excellent and helpful and friendly at all times

Air-conditioning system was a bit baffling
