After I read the reviews I was a bit sceptical about being noisy but everything was great, there was no noice from other rooms but I guess this also depends what kind of people are staying in the rooms around you. The staff was very nice, the room was cleaned everyday, in the lobby there are umbrellas for the beach that you can use free of charge. The bathroom and the room were a good size, also a big balcony. This hotel was one of the few things we liked about El Arenal.

Property is great, but the whole area is mainly for drunken Germans. Best decision we made was to rent a car. The island is so beautiful, loads of great beaches.

We had a delightful stay at Garau Petit Hotel. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and close to various local attractions and restaurants. Overall, Garau Petit Hotel is a little gem, offering great value.

Was in a great location, out of all the noise of the busy street but close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. We had a big room with a balcony which was nice.

Walls are very thin, in the morning you could hear people opening and closing doors and talking through the stairwell. There also isn’t a lift, so climbing three levels of stairs with suitcases was a work out! Because we stayed for only 1 night all check in was virtually. Unfortunately we had issues with receiving our check in information and there was no reception open when we arrived, so we waited out the front for a good 1hr. Luckily reception re-opened and someone was able to assist us.

Room is cute, clean, minimalist, balcony is a plus, shower is sufficient. The reception guys were super nice! I forgot my locker password and almost had a breakdown thinking I was going to miss my flight, they opened it for me remotely when I called them on an intercom outside the front door.

We got visited by ants at night. They were everywhere for no apparent reason. We didn't have food in the room.

My friend and I had a great stay at this hostel in Mallorca. Close to the beach and local spots. It was an ideal base for our trip, and we'd definitely return!

Despite the shared bathrooms, everything was really clean, and the location was perfect

The massive sun terrace on the 3rd floor rooms are brilliant, the hotel was clean and really worth the money paid!

Bed was a little hard, had some trouble checking in as the machine crashed, but once it was rebooted, everything was fine.

its close to the beach, has a good key system, pretty private and a much smaller hotel compared to ones close by which is a good thing if you dont like drunk germans keeping you up partying at 3am. hahaha got love for my germans ❤️

balcony isnt that private, but it is very clean and has a trashcan and ashtray which is convenient. good place still

They gave very clear instructions for check in, but even when we checked in at 2am because of a delayed flight, the concierge came to assist us. Very kind and helpful service. Will love to stay here again.

Almost 0 soundproofing in rooms. Could be very problematic if you have noisy neighbors/people on the street
