The closest beach was 7 minutes walk. There are some stones however at the entrance to the water at this beach. But there is a choice of beaches. When there are waves on this one you can go to the one with the palms where the waves can be much smaller. There are shops and cafes right next to the hotel. A2 bus stop almost next to the hotel to go to the airport (5€ one way), no need to order the transfer. Menu at the restaurant very nice and varying (all inclusive). Unfortunatelly all restaurants of the hotel except one close since October (which was not mentioned during booking), and if you missed lunch you can have only some sandwiches,fruit and biscuits in the bar near the pool until dinner. Beautiful territory with fur trees. Good but very reduced due to the season animation.

I was given a room in Acapulco building with a view on a backyard that was not very clean. And no sun on the balcony during the day so it was not possible to dry a beach towel during the day. Some staff in the bar and restaurant are not friendly at all. No beach towels are proposed for the pools.

I liked the big resort, few pools, all staff were friendly, the location also fantastic, bus to airport just around the corner, 24h Spar next door, and the beach only 7 minutes away. I was an all inclusive, I loved those tasty red tomatoes and the pink sauce for the salad.🙂

All inclusive not including cocktails which was a pain for me, as I don't drink beer or wine. The fire alarm went off at 5am (or 6) on my first night, when I was dead tired. (Happens...and at least we did know it's working 😀) Water gone at 11pm for a short period of time.. luckily not while I was washing my hair. Oh..and someone stole my do not disturb card from the door.

Breakfast was perfect!

7 in the morning without any knock my doors opened and then immediately closed. I woke up, i locked the door from inside and tried to fall asleep again. Maybe after 20min, again without any knocks, doors opened again, some women came in my room, said something like ''oh sorry'' and then immediately left. So, what i want to say, door lock not working, and staff can came inside your room without any warnings whenever they want . Zero privacy. Also, i think it was maids, because i heard vacuum cleaner and some other cleaning noises from other rooms. Noises was too loud and it was not possible to fall asleep.

Great location to the beach, always a variety for the buffet restaurant (however not the most amazing vegetarian options so beware of this), the evening pizza bar was amazing and it was such great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaners came in everyday as well.

Lack of vegetarian options, wish there was some sort of mini fridge in the room and we did have a couple of nights that were a bit noisy due to other guests coming back from a night out but all in all it wasn’t that bad at all.

Hotel was good. Room as described and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Even tho I did not spend much of time at the hotel or installations, the pool was great and a lot of activities with the staff from the hotel which makes it even more fun.

Major downside is the people or young people that visit the hotel in June. Lot of noise at the balcony which we found very hard to sleep around 5 and 6 in the morning.

It has quite a few good facilities and staff is very helpful, quite a good location about 10 minutes from the beach!

The hotel has a seating patio that in some nights gets quite loud and it the balcony door is not quite soundproof, but not the hotel fault, also the cleaning I like it, they come and tidy up what is needed and don't do unnecessary waste and work for the staff

Room is spacious with a balcony. It is a big complex with several buildings, we had also taken breakfast - it is buffet style with a big variety of things, however as it is a big complex expect a lot of people queuing. Easy access to the bus station which takes you to the capital.

Place needs a bit of renovation, rooms are ok, however you can see that hotel has a 'tired' look. The hotel was not responsive - sent several times same request with the question how to reach them from the airport late in the night and if they provide shuttle service which is mentioned on their page - at the end as the info for others - we had taken a taxi from the airport after midnight and reached the hotel with the bill of 22 euros (there is a bus from the airport which goes in this area as well , however consider checking for the last bus timing and it costs 5eur).

Every meal was tasty, though not hot, needs to be hotter, restaurant staff friendly Rooms very good size and cleaned daily, friendly cleaner Staff everywhere, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, interested in you, warm greetings wherever you went through the hotel

Stairs going down to restaurant are marble and very slippery, especially at lunchtime after people have used the pool, I slipped badly on last day, reported and advised there should be anti slip strips along edge of every step, very dangerous. Very large hotel, only 3 small lifts, not nearly enough to accommodate numbers

The hotel room had all of the basics you could have needed. Nice and clean with plenty of space. Considering we spent most of our time outside of the room, it fulfilled everything we needed as a place to lay our heads for the night. I would say it was a good experience for the price we paid!

Location and facilities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The all inclusive drinks were not even half a lager which seemed a bit scanty. You also were not allowed to fill your own cups with soft drinks to take back to the room.
