A pleasant place to relax. The lobby has cozy chairs, books and a friendly cat. Billiards and a veranda are also available.

Registration is too complicated and long, the hotel for some reason collects too much personal information, such as your place of birth, registration, residence. One phone number for me and my child is not allowed... The breakfasts were not bad, but I missed meat, there was simply none, I don't count the tasteless sausages and bacon.

Great little hotel, close to the beach with a pool and lovely staff. Everything you need for a short break, close to Palma and 8 minutes form the airport. The lady at the bar was so kind and helpful, so was the gentleman at reception.

Loads of young German teenagers partying non-stop, day and night. If you dont like singing and very rowdy teenagers then maybe dont stay here. However, if you like to party then its the place for you. The hotel is full of different groups of young people but I must say that were very respectful.

Breakfasts were well presented with plenty of choice fresh fruit cooked options and absolutely delicious freshly baked bread croissants and pastries. The location was perfect a short walk to the seafront as well as to bus stops for the airport and into Palma. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the swimming pool also deserves a mention for its cleanliness.Staff were helpful and friendly with high standards of customer service.

Fantastic staff are the highlight of this hotel. Really friendly and helpful. Made possible (with prior arrangement) to get our breakfast, which was really tasty, a couple of minutes earlier as we had a morning flight. Also helped us and ordered a taxi to the airport which was in front of the hotel in two minutes (a one-way trip to the airport was 21 euros for two passengers with bags). I stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, but the staff at this one are really great!

The rooms were a bit dated, but no problem for a short stay as everything worked.

My family is 5 people and boreal gave us 3 rooms for our family. The staff was very friendly and there was no inconvenience during our stay at the hotel. I recommend this accommodation. Here's why. 1. The price is not high. 2. The location is very good. It is recommended to rent a bicycle from a nearby bicycle rental shop and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The bike path is good. 3. It's a bit far from downtown Palma, so it's cleaner and more beautiful. I know this because my family and I have cycled around the city of Palma. 4. Breakfast is very neat. Whether it's warm bacon, pain au chocolat, hot coffee and toast, the hotel prepares clean, delicious food for guests. 5. There are many inexpensive and delicious restaurants nearby./ I rented a bicycle in the evening and returned it in the morning, and the hotel provided a place to safely store the bicycle for the night. When I asked for drinkable hot water, the hotel provided water in a kettle for me, which I enjoyed. My quick check-in was also readily allowed by the hotel. While I was there, I was touched in many ways. The beautiful scenery of Palma Island, such as the safe bike path, the sunset, and the pink-purple sea reflecting the morning sun, enriched my heart.

I recently stayed at NURA Boreal in Palma and had a fantastic experience. The hotel has comfortable rooms and the pool is great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is perfect, situated close to key attractions and public transportation.

Nothing was bad with our stay

The breakfast were very nice and had a very good variety. The location is excellent for the shops the restaurants, the nightclubs and the beach. 99% of the staff were very helpful

One room cleaner an older woman was very rude to myself & to another younger cleaner lady. Also Was not very helpful

It’s really close to the sea and restaurants, 5 min walk. The staff is nice and kind. The cocktails on the bar are great! Breakfast is amazing!

The opening hours of the swimming pool are way too short, it’s works only from 10 till 18.00, it would be great to enjoy the early morning swim.

We booked last second and we‘re happy about it because that‘s how we got to this hotel. Price - quality on point. Room was clean, terasse really nice to stay on and AC in the room, must have with these temperatures. Very nice to leave the key at the hotel if you go for a walk. Location is good. Close to the beach and lots of shopping opportunities. Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from and great taste. Staff was really nice and welcoming with a big smile non stop. Very helpfull. From cleaning lady to receptionists to waitresses, etc. Was a much needed holiday and glad we could do it here. ❤️

The breakfast was absolutely incredible- huge range of choice everything beautifully presented I’ve stayed in 5* hotels and had a much worse breakfast! The reception staff were incredibly helpful- really went above and beyond to help!
