Excellent stay! The breakfast was a real highlight — fresh, top-quality products and plenty of variety, a true coup de cœur. ❤️ The hotel staff were wonderful—truly kind—and the rooms spotless ! The location couldn’t be better: less than 200 m from the beach, with bus lines 23 and 25 to Palma in about 30–40 minutes, and the A2 shuttle straight to the airport. You’re also right next to the lively “German quarter” if you’re into great beer and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommended! Trop bonne ambiance ❤️

However, one downside was the noise level. The walls are quite thin, and we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the self-closing doors tend to slam shut, which can be jarring, especially at night. We were fortunate to be placed at the end of the corridor with only one neighboring room, and since we were exhausted from our daily activities, we managed to fall back asleep quickly after any disturbances. If you're a light sleeper or traveling with family, you might want to consider this. For those who sleep soundly, the hotel's amenities and location make it a great choice.

The gym was fantastic. Great equipment for working out. The breakfast had an extensive range to choose from and catered for all dietary requirements. The outside pool area was very. Lean and relaxing with comfortable beds

The room was very disappointing. The size of the room was so small. The picture on line made it appear a lot larger. The lighting was limited to certain areas and on a evening when showering limited light in the bathroom The wardrobe didn’t provide much space for clothing No kettle in the room. It felt like a cupboard yet the cost for a night was over a £100 which was excessive.

Caramelo Palma Beach is a great choice for a relaxed and casual stay near the sea. The hotel has a fun and youthful atmosphere, with colorful decor and a welcoming vibe. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available with a smile. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to rest. A solid option for travelers looking for good value in a lively area.

Hotel very well located, only for adults - so mostly young people from Germany and Holland, very nice and smiling staff, the rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted, the same goes for changing towels, the cleaning ladies were very nice and polite, very good food.. we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was affordable and delicious, breakfast buffet - everyone will find something for themselves, clean pool, comfortable sunbeds and a DJ by the pool - something wonderful for a holiday... I will definitely come back there with great pleasure! We got a wonderful room with a sea view.. daily sunsets there are wonderful.. the atmosphere and ambiance in the hotel makes you not want to leave!

We could find fault with some details mentioned by other people, such as: leaky bathroom door, etc. but it didn't bother us at all.. these are shortcomings, not worth attention or criticism.. thanks to this hotel we had a wonderful vacation!

Rooms exactly like the photos shown online . Food was amazing lots of choices for breakfast and fair prices for the restaurant aswell as lots of choice. Pool very clean and sunbeds area kept very tidy , there are lots of places to choose to relax in.

We weren’t given a checkout time and staff didn’t seem impressed when we checked out at the time we did.

Great breakfast. DJ round the pool very good and sunbeds were very comfortable. Drinks and food were affordable unlike a lot of other places so nice to have a few drinks round the pool in the day

Having to either pay for the safe in the room or not use it and feel like your valuables were at risk. Everything else in the hotel was great but this made it feel like they were being a bit cheap. The safe is already in the room and personally i don't think it is a feature that you should be charged for

We had a great time at Caramelo Palma Beach Hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful with every requirement we had. We also had a late flight going home but we were able to leave our belongings in a secure luggage room and a shower room was provided for us with fresh towels before a flight. There was a wide choice of breakfast every morning. Loved it.

Great location close to the beach by 5 min walk, many restaurants, bars and supermarkets same area. Big and clean swimming pool with dj. Delicious breakfast with many food options, and a restaurant for dinner with a big good menu. Friendly staff. Clean.

Not soundproof walls at all, we could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. We didn’t sleep good.

The room is a bit dark. There are 2 bedside lamps and one desk lamp. No lamp on the ceiling. Paper thin walls. You can hear people talking, who are walking by your room, flush toilets in the next room, you can hear them walk in the room upstairs.
