We liked that the hotel is located 3 minutes away from the beach. The spa facilities were clean and modern. There is a comfortable space around the main pool. There is a seperate pool for children, but not many of them used it. The inside of the hotel in clean and elegant. Our hotel room was spacious and was equipped. There were a lot of delicious foods at breakfast, but the dishes served at dinner were a bit boring. Moreover, the hotel is appropriately air conditioned, which is a must due to the hot weather.

What disturbed us the most was that most of the staff spoke to us in German without even asking where we are from or what language we speak. It felt like being in Germany, not Spain. The beds were comfortable, however they were squeaky and movable. The rooms were not soundproof, we could hear running water and the moving of beds from our neighbours. Even though the was supposed to be adults only, it was full of children, as nobody was at the spa reception.

We stayed here as the last night on our week of hiking along the GR, and it turns out it was the perfect choice to relax and calm down after a tough week. During our visit the hotel was quite empty and quiet, we got one of the rooms in the new tower. The spa and sauna was comfortable and nice to have, generally good attention to detail. I felt good here and can imagine staying longer than just one night.

I really liked how clean and well staffed was. The clean part especially because its not standard in all places. the room was spacious, the shower pressure was superb and the balcony was huge with a nice backyard/pool view. the breakfast was great, it was included in my rate and it was perfect. everything fresh and the pastries were amazing, 5 star hotel level

the cleaning ladies were too loud early in the morning and opened my door even when I put the do not disturb sign

From arrival to departure, the Nilo & Spa experience was wonderful. Jose, in particular, was brilliant - he was so friendly and professional and made sure that we felt welcome and that everything was up to a high standard for us. The apartment was cosy, fairly modern and very clean. The spa and gym area was lovely and a real bonus which I used daily, and the pool was clean and large enough so that you could have a good swim. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from one of the beaches but nice and quite at night. We went to all three local beaches and walked 25 minutes to Cala Fornells which is in a beautiful location (far nicer than Peguera). We also got the local bus to the beach at Camp del Mar which is only a five minute ride and well worth a visit. I had a very relaxed holiday and was extremely happy with this choice of hotel. I would highly recommend. Also just to mention that other reviews state that the hotel is over-run with Germans. It's true, however, I preferred this as they are all very nice and, to be honest, much better behaved and well mannered than some of Brits abroad.

It was really close to Palmira beach and restaurants and grocery shops. The staff was really friendly and lovely and it was very clean.

Lack of amenities in the room. No toiletries and no kettle. Also our fridge wasn’t working so our water and drinks were constantly room temperature in hot weather. Also, housekeeping was very noisy (they were dragging furniture and it sounded like a construction was going on) at around late 8am to 9am so we had trouble sleeping in. But apart from that, truly enjoyed our stay.

We had to move room as we were in the "sea view" which wasnt really and in a tower which was dull and not satisfactory but eventually we got moved to a pool view and the room was just lovely. I will return.

The pool area and spa were amazing. Breakfast was also good. The massage and wellness area were great, I had a really great time there

The bedroom was outdated, it wouldn’t be a problem if the bed was more comfortable, the mattress was not soft and it had a lot of squeaky noises. The second day I had an ants infestation at my room, I complained and it was cleaned immediately but it was very gross. Also, I paid for seaview, which I did not get it

Nice clean hotel with nice pool and great location. Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff always attentive, especially Christian on Reception who was always charming and helpful..

Beds uncomfortable. Maybe new pillows would go some way to improve this.

Breakfast was excellent, location as well, very close to the sea and shopping street...nice balcony, garden. Very quiet.

Bathroom door should be redesigned to give more privacy...and there may be some more Spanish programs e.g. Flamenco night, music, special meals...

I don't really have anything bad to say about this hotel - the room was nice, it was clean and comfortable. The AC was good. The staff were friendly. The communal areas and pool area were very nice. The breakfast was fab. Very good value for money I was very happy here.

Perhaps my room could have been a little bigger but everything else was perfect.
