Staff was incredibly friendly with everyone, from the receptionists till everyone in restaurant or cleaning service. We had half board. Breakfast was rich and champagne was included, while for dinner we could choose from selected part of the menu, 3 courses. Food was like in a Michelin star restaurant (but big portions), faboluous! Location was excellent, bus goes everywhere around, including airport, but as we rented a car, we could use free parking appr. 6-7 mins walk from the hotel for our entire stay.

Found some hairs in the room, but I am super sensitive for that, otherwise nothing I could add.

The location was great just across from the beach and right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The roof top pool was so quiet with a lovely view Most of all the staff was amazing. Could not do enough for you everyone of them from reception to the restaurant they were amazing they even made us a breakfast to take withy us as we were leaving in the middle of the night. The lady during the day (whose name I don't have) arranged a wonderful day for us in Palma and booked us a lovely restaurant. She was so helpful and kind Then there was Lenka who was on recepetion in the evening. She looked after us so well booking us nice restaurants and retrieving my daughters 2 dresses which had blown off the balcony. She was so wonderful with us and kind.

Nothing really I would only say if you need a quieter room ask for one at the side or back of the hotel

Peguera is a charming holiday destination and an excellent base for excursions. Everything is accessible via Palma. The hotel has an excellent location. Buses to Palma and to the airport are 2 minutes away. The sea and a nice beach 2 steps away. The hotel is pleasant and clean. The breakfast is varied rich and excellent. The staff is friendly and extra helpful. Taxi was arranged even though I requested it 3 hours before arrival. Wonderful the view from the small pool on the upper level. The room is pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is small but comfortable and nice. A beach towel is included in the Superior room.

Negative is the very small balcony of room 111 ( maybe the smallest of the hotel) , the outside unit of the air conditioner takes up a significant part of the terrace and blows heat , when the air conditioner is working. And at night there was an unpleasant sewer smell. Also, the view of the opposite wall and the car rental are not the best. But the view from the roof is beautiful, and as we were outside the hotel all day, we didn't mind the view from the room. You might want to ask for a view to the other side and a big enough terrace.

Great location. Great view from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable, linen and towels are clean and fresh. The breakfast was good, my applause for the omelet chef, the taste and presentation were great. 15% discount on the hotel restaurant for hotel guests, dinner in the restaurant was amazing, the paella is the most delicious I have tried. Special thanks to the receptionist Lenka, who was very kind and supportive.

Unfortunately, our room had an old, very noisy air conditioner. When it rained, water ran from it and a whole puddle formed in the room. The shower door leaked, had to lay a towel to catch the water. It would be great to have a kettle and water in the room. Water was in the fridge only on the first day.

I liked so many things about this hotel: starting from the central location (right in front of the beach), to the quality of the food, the size of the room and balcony and the kindness and availability of the staff! We had an amazing experience and would definitely go back

What we liked the least was the variety of the menu. We stayed for a few nights so we managed to try new things without repeating them too much, but if we had stayed one or more days longer we would have struggled with the options. There are just 3/4 options for every category on the menu. Quality is great and the look of dishes too, it’s just about the variety.

Very warm welcome, super friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Great breakfast, and the food at the restaurant was super delicious (make sure to have a dinner there even if you choose another hotel :D ) . Beach towels provided, and there was an option to store the luggage after checkout, also to take a shower if needed. Comfortable bed, small fridge, coffee and tea maker, amazing sea view.

I found the room a bit small, and lacking shelves/hooks to put clothes and other things. Also, a drying rack at the balcony would be handy :) But not such a big deal anyway.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel which I highly recommend : - Located in the main street of Paguera, the hotel is just 2 min far away from the beach. - The staff are extremely friendly and doing their best to make everyone satisfied, special thanks to Natasa and Lenka for being so kind and professional, highly appreciated! - The double room was quite okay, with a double bed and a separate sofa bed. It has also a small fridge that in my point of view is quite useful! - I’m also thankful to the property manager for making it possible for me to host my friend in the same room without changing the reservation (paying a small fee was enough) - As my friend was leaving so early the morning, they offered him the option to get a breakfast pack. Nothing, everything was quite ok.

All staff were really friendly, and 2 of the receptionists were very helpful. I'm afraid I can't remember their names, but the one was on duty on Wednesday 5th on the late shift when we arrived and the other was on duty on the afternoon shift of Friday 7th July. Location was perfect for walking to all amenities. The resort felt very safe, and there was a good selection of shops.

I missed not having a kettle in my room as I like to have a cup of tea in the morning when I wake up and also in the afternoon when I get back to my room. My room did not have a balcony and so although I could open the full length window I could not sit out on the balcony.

This hotel is fantastic! We were greeted with a glass of champagne after a long day of traveling. The rooms have air conditioning and a balcony that overlooks the beautiful block. The breakfast included in your stay is phenomenal with a chef that cooks for you. The rooftop pool was incredible and looked over the beach. I recommended this hotel to everyone I knew! The best place I’ve ever stayed

Nothing. It was a great time from the start. We did lose power one day, but we used that opportunity to night swim in the dark! It was lovely.

Excellent hotel at a perfect location. The ladies at the reception and the waiters are very friendly and very helpful, they really make the difference. Breakfast is great, you can choose anything you like, get an omelet, pancakes, fried eggs etc. The restaurant Treff & Chef is the best we have tried in Peguera and has decent prices (you gotta try the bbq ribs!). Rooftop pool is nice and maintained daily with great views. Next door several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here!

Rooms are a bit small but depends on the type of room you get. We stayed in a Superior triple bedroom with balcony. Some people complained about street noise but we did not experience it. Cleaning of the room could be better though... in the seven day we stayed we did not notice is was cleaned once, while the cleaning ladies have been seen several times.
