The staff is excellent, special thanks to the entertainment team, they made the holiday extra fun. Dani, your flying dunks are so much fun! The kids are very well minded in this hotel! The food is nice and the rooms are kept clean. All in all its a nice hotel!

The noise did not bother us very much, the rooms are small and the beds not very comfortable. Also, the 3rd bed is where a night stand should be and when moving at night you accidentally turn the light on. Very frustrating is the lack of available sun beds, being such a big hotel there are simply not enough.

Entertainment was brillant

Towels left on sunbeds and nobody on them until 4pm . Should not allow this. Nightmare trying to get a sunbed.

All of the staff were great and very nice and helpful,HOWEVER I MUST SAY IN PARTICULAR DANNIELLE,ALEX,LAURA,CHARLY clearly excel in their jobs and do it with pride and proffessionalism in their jobs with the children ,and also the adults but the kids club was great and they way they interacted ,they were absolutely fantastic ,if it was my hotel I would make sure that I retain these valuable members of my team , and also the tall bar man who's name I forget was such a great laugh and also a great dancer on your stage 👍👍they all deserve a bonus , my daughter is in love with your hotel ♥️

Location

We booked 2 rooms, one with sea view and another with garden view. We get 2 same rooms and they try to fool us that this is what we booked. Then in the room was no minibar and safe box, TV doesn't work. Main door from the room was damaged for we can't lock the room. Then they move us to another part of hotel where we can lock the room door, but everything else has been the same. Water was dripping from the ceiling.... Nightmare! Room definitely needs to be renewed!!! Food was everyday the same, without any taste. We booked all-inclusive but we are eating outside of the hotel, because we really didn't like the food from hotel.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Rooms are airy and freshened up daily by staff. Reception staff are exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help (even accepted packages on my behalf). Only stayed on a B&B basis- breakfast was buffet style with everything you could think of, from Full English to continental, cereals and fruits etc.

The only downfall is due to the excessive noise from the strip. No fault of the hotel in anyway however if staying during peak times it may be advisable to ask on check in for a room on the front of the hotel if you're not of the party-goer crowd 😉

Hotel was very clean and well set-up. Exit from hotel direct to beachfront. Breakfast room plenty of space even at busy time, well laid out for flow, lots of food choice. Bedroom very clean, bed comfy, good shower and nice extra with bathroom supplies. Pool area very clean, heated pool in one area. Great activity timetable and instructors-very knowledgably and friendly.

Chair in bedroom a bit shabby should be replaced or reupholstered. Sun loungers at upper pool should be replaced to the more comfortable type at main pool.

The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Liked that my room was moved when I complained. Liked that there were lifts and ramps in the hotel for wheelchair access. Hotel is beside a level walkway right beside the sea, with restaurants and shops. Restaurant staff were excellent, helping where I couldn’t reach, moving chairs etc. Even with the lack of disabled facilities I would still come back as a solo disabled person. Had a wonderful time.

I had told them in advance that I was a wheelchair user and required a walk in shower. Seems there is only two in the whole hotel, and I was given a bath with shower over. When I explained my problem, was told I would be moved in two days time. Not good enough (I was in need of a shower) and I asked for a refund to go find another hotel. I was moved immediately. No bars in the shower to hold onto and no stool to sit down in the shower. I didn’t like that there was no slope into the pool for the disabled, just the ladder against the side of the pool. The lifeguard had to assist me so I could use the pool. (Tanned, muscled life guard so that was no hardship for me 🤣) This hotel needs to look at disabled access and to upgrade its rooms. First room was too small for a wheelchair user.

everything, the staff at reception were amazing specially one blond girl she was so kind and nice all the time. rooms had a good space too, the view was amazing, the location perfect near all restaurants and bar, only used the swimming pool upstairs and was absolutely fine the water was warm. definitely worthy it.

we had our friends couple in the next room and we could talk each other through the walls in the toilet lol, so we could hear everything even when taking the toilet roll. it was kind of funny for us but it’s a bit awkward the person next room hears everything you do in your room.
