Location was outstanding. Also, I read reviews about the food being the same every day. I’m here to tell you that although there were staples every day, you are able to eat different things if you wanted to. There was even self serve champagne on Sunday morning. Stellar all around. Drinks were not included for dinner but it was reasonably priced. 2 cokes for 6 € and a bottle of water (enough for 2 people) was 2.5 €. Also, I didn’t feel pressured to tip like we were at every meal/drink at an all inclusive in Mexico. Pools are ideal for non-swimmers. 1.4m, 1.2m and one where the depth goes from 0.9 to 1.4 meters.

You are not able to make your room super cold. Our AC was set for MAX and it took a full day for the temp to come down to habitable levels after we first checked in. Nights still felt a little warmer than I’m personally used to at home. This one did not feel like a total dealbreaker and we were still super happy about the room. Another small little thing was that small spoons were very hard to come by in the restaurant. Sometimes I had to eat yoghurt or dessert with a big soup spoon. The horror!! :D

The location is perfect for those who want to be in the touristy area of the island and stay at the pool or hotel. The staff was super helpful and accommodating as I requested another, more quiet room so that was great. The pool was a little crowded during the day; the pool activities were great. The food was good - would recommend that the staff be a bit more patient when removing plates and making guests pay - it is perceived differently in different cultures...

The bed were definitely not bad but not super comfortable as my back was hurting a bit.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the view was nice.

The “Unique” upgrade was not worth it. The room was much smaller than a “deluxe” room. Snacks were limited to one hour and the snack bar was very poor. The only thing good about “unique” was the private breakfast. The area around the pool on the 6th floor is very slippery, especially the stairs. No signs to point that out…I slipped, got injured, luckily we were with a friend who is a surgeon and he provided first aid. The pool bar on the 6th floor is closed, so you had to either go downstairs to the 1st floor to get a drink or upstairs to the VIP Unique area. Changing beach towels only between 10 and 11 is very annoying. You just made it to the beach and one hour later you had to return to the hotel to change towels…

The location was just a 5 minute walk to the beach, the hotel had stunning decor, we had a beautiful buffet breakfast, with lots of different choices every day, we were in a part of the hotel which was nice and quiet. Would of liked a few English TV channels, as there was only sky news and a Euro news chanel. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, loved the little extras like beach towels, and a small bottle of sun cream, nice quality toiletries, and shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We will hopefully be back next year. Thank you.

A couple arguing next door at 6.30am, until someone came to their room. The buffet food could of been a bit hotter.

This hotel is amazing. It is well situated for beach and nightlife, the hotel has great facilities and is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant and speak a variety of languages. I would definitely recommend. Breakfast was fantastic, what a great choice of food. Oh and hotel has three swimming pools with facilitated water exercises in the main pool everyday. This hotel really puts the standard of holiday hotels on to a different level.

location is really good breakfast/dinner were very good (except that water should be included) extra towels provided for swimming pool (but no slippers or bathrobe) most staff are friendly

-gym not great. they can make a bit of effort to replace the old rusty outdated equipments (water was dripping from the gym’s ceiling too). -the legs of the 2 single bed were broken. it was not easy to get someone to come and fix the problem (had to chase up the front desk 3 times). -toilet seat was not sturdy. -room was not clean enough at check in.

The only thing i can complain about is that I personally expected silence and calm days by the pool since its a hotel where children are not allowed to stay. Little did I know about the live music going on by the pool for hours every day. Nothing wrong about the live musicians but not my cup of tea when going for a holiday. I expected something else.

The hotel was nice and in good condition. The staff was very friendly and we received a free upgrade to a nicer room with lots of space. The location and sea view fulfilled our expectations.

The charge for the room safe should be included in the overall cost. We got a shoulder and head massage at the wellness centre which was not worth the money. The staff seemed inexperienced, I would recommend to get a massage elsewhere.

Everything was very good; perfect location, staff, clean facilities, good selection of food in breakfast and dinner, wonderful view.

The noise from the cafe/bars on the beach. Despite the balcony blocks most of the noise, we couldn't sleep until 02.00 every night when the music stopped in those cafe/bars. It is not the fault of the hotel, it was very irritating especially taking into account that it was so silent except these places. The municipality should definitely take some action and forbid the loud music after 00.00 at the beach.

Fantastic well-located property and reasonably priced. Good sized and well-appointed rooms with balcony overlooking the beach. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Gardens and pool areas well designed with plenty of beds throughout the day. Friendly staff. Proper gym facilities. Good spa.

WiFi was patchy. There is a lot of noise at night from the beach bars - not a problem for us plus we were there when bars had to close at midnight, but if you're a light sleeper this could be a problem. Not the hotel's fault though.
