We had a nice room, which was comfortable and a good size. It looks to have been recently refurbished. The room we had (203) a had a partial sea view, although there was many rooms with a good sea view (higher floors) The breakfast was OK, the pool area nice, with good sun beds. We managed to get a sun bed when we stayed, there was a Life Guard there, and he would question Guests if he thought they were leaving towels on sun beds to save them. On the outskirts, not much local without a walk,. There is an Italian Restaurant there, which seemed popular, but we did not get around to trying it. Other Restaurants about 10 minutes walk. We had a Maid Service 6 days a week. The Hotel took Covid safety restrictions seriously. Overall it was good value, and would stay again.

Reception Staff could have been a bit friendlier and helpful. The price of the Safe was 15 euros for a week, which I thought was expansive.

Good size studio apartment with nice sea view. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach, shopping centre and bus stops. Good breakfasts. Clean.

Body wash dispenser completely blocked and not working. Reported but not fixed. Receptionist a bit rude when asked for shampoo, which is in a property description. “This is not hotel but aparthotel with basic things. We don’t have shampoos, just body wash. Please show me where you’ve find the information about shampoo.” She apologised later, when I proved her, it was indeed in a description of my studio. Whole experience with toiletries a bit disappointing.

Most of the staff was friendly, some rooms nice and clean

Was first checked in to a horrible smelly old fashioned room that I didn't book. Was only transfered 2 days later as they said they were fully booked. Staff wasn't very helpful. During the stay I felt sick and asked the receptionist to call the doctor as I had heart problems. It turned later that they called private ambulance and I was admitted to the private hospital not public and wasn't even aware of that till i had to pay a bill of nearly 2000 EUR for the treatment! No-one at the hotel knew why they called the private ambulance

Very calm but central location. 2 mins walking distance from the nearest beach Veril. Bus station "Beverly park" 2-3 min. Price of a bus ticket to the airport is 3.50 euros.There is a supermarket on the first floor of the hotel. Car rental is 100 meters from the hotel. Gas station on the main street, very close too. Very good breakfast and good coffee. The beds are not big but comfortable. Some rooms are separated from the others and have the best view of the ocean.

The hotel has renovated rooms and old rooms. There are no free sockets in the old rooms. You have to move the bed to charge the phone. There is no electric kettle in the kitchenette. The working hours of the pool are from 10.00 - 18.00. I would love to swim in the pool in the evening, but it's closed :( The hotel should extend the pool opening hours. A safe in the room is available for an additional fee.

Two minute walk to the closest beach. Everything in Maspalomas was accessible from the hotell by walking. The hotell hosted a supermarket and a morning to night restaurant which was ok! The location of the hotell and the street outside made it easy to park a rental car even though the hotell did not host any own parking spots.

The noise reduction in the rooms could be better, our neighbours unfortunately got stomach sickness from which the sound also ruined some of our nighs. There was also some WiFi struggles but the hotell sorted that out in less than a day!

Not quite understanding why this property has only two stars considering the facilities. The hotel is well positioned between Playa del Ingles and San Agustin with a pleasant beach walk to either, just five minutes to the beach. There is a Buffet Restaurant within the hotel and an Italian on site and also a Supermarket. The pool was nice and clean, with a lifeguard on duty daily and the breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.

We had a couple of issues within the room and feel that possibly things may need a little TLC but this did not detract from our enjoyment. You get what you pay for and we were happy with the outcome of our report of the grievances to Reception.

The room was clean and cozy. The balcony was comfortable, the street was quiet.The breakfast was very good and varied, the staff was helpful. We also used kitchen for cooking and everything worked there. The beach, reustaurants and bus station was nearby.

The facilities need a little bit renewal(windows, electrical socket etc). The musical performance in the night was a little bit noisy, but luckily always ended ten o'clock.

Were were so delighted with the location of this hotel, near the beach front, lovely promenade, grocery attached, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Note that you do have to climb up quite a few steps to access the local shops etc! We got a great workout! We got a very spacious room with both mountain and sea views! Though we booked for 3 guests, our room was very spacious and had sufficient room to sleep 5 people. The staff at reception were amazing, we arrived early from London and was able to check in early! They were always kind and courteous when approached. Our visit coincided with the Carnival in Maspalomas, so there was a wonderful vibrancy, colour and a sense of welcome that made us feel so happy to be there. We enjoyed the powerful shower and adequate supply of hot water. The kitchenette had most appliances needed. We made good use of the fridge and microwave! Thanks for supplying washing up liquid and sponges. Was also lovely to have places on the balcony to hang wet clothes. All in all we really appreciated to attention to small details.

There was a good variety at the buffet breakfast, however it was served from 8am to 10am and it seemed that there was little scope to remain in the breakfast hall and relax and chat with a cup of tea. The staff seemed to want to guests gone soon after 10:00am. On very hot nights the ceiling fans were not able to keep us as cool as we wanted, leaving doors opened helped. For those like me and my companions who are not coffee drinkers, a kettle rather then coffee maker would have been preferable.

Breakfast was very good, location is also good (just beside the promenade and beach) and kitchen with all equipments. We booked the hotel as price was affordable.

Maybe the issue was in our room only, after around 3-5 minutes of using hot water (taking shower), it was running slightly warm water (its not very pleasant to take cold shower). But apart from it no other issues and we had good experience.
