Really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are very clean and beds very comfortable with crisp white linen. Excellent shower and facilities including free wifi. Lovely balcony overlooking pool and a second balcony with a sea view! Above all we were made to feel very welcome by all staff working in reception. The girls were very helpful in giving us local knowledge and help with transport etc. Pool lifeguard was very friendly also and found my lost sunglasses for me! The two pool areas are well managed, clean and organised. The apartments are very close to everything and easy to get to. Well done to the staff. Liam and Maria

Minor upgrades needed, some internal doors dont close, electric switches need replacing etc, but considering we got a good room rate and a complimentary bottle of wine in a great location, these issues were very minor. Overall it is the wonderful staff that make such a difference when you are on holiday!

Location is perfect, friendly and helpfull staff at reception. Plenty space around pool, however there was no bar at the pool. Spacious enough rooms.

Towels were not changed every 3 days as per their policy. No cleaning done except rubbish was taken. Very hard mattress, but that might not be an issue for everyone.

This was our third stay at Roca Verde. The place has had a make over and is cleaner, tidier than before especially the well kept gardens and pool area. The pools are a real treat.

In my initial booking, I asked for a quiet, high floor room with a sea view like I did for my previous visits. What was offered was ground floor, poolside next to reception. Thankfully it was remedied to our satisfaction at no extra cost. I think their booking arrangements might have changed since last visit. Be careful to select the right room type when booking.

Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Bus stations are also very close, you can go to many places by local buses. We got a room with the sea view and it was amazing to have breakfasts on the balcony. The room was fresh and cozy. Facilities are comfortable as well. The stuff is very friendly and welcoming, we got a bottle of wine as a compliment in our room which was very nice. The receptionist helped us to order a taxi very quickly. The cleaning service was provided regularly, so the room was very neat. The pools were always clean and big enough for swimming. Even though the water in the pools was a bit cold and refreshing, it was still comfortable for swimming. Definitely recommend this place.

Very good location close to the beach promenade. Spacious room with good beds. Even the sleeping couch slept very good! Good shower and kitchen. Big balcony with sea view. Blinded cutains (was also necessary because the lights on the balcony could not be turned out). No noises from other rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi in the room was unstable. The tv had netflix and youtube but we could not watch this because of the weak wifi. Some noises from bars in the street but not too loud. Playa del Ingles is not a quiet place.

The location is superb. The two spacious pools plus the whirlpool were kept well and very clean. The (artificial) grass was kept clean and looked good. There were plenty of lounges and sun-umbrellas. Lifeguard, caretakers and maids were all friendly and appeared to care. Everyone of the lovely young ladies at the reception - Gris, Debby, Sarah, Ruth - has been very friendly, kind and helpful. Especially Gris was caring and Debby went out of her way to be helpful. Thank you so much!🙏

The first impression coming towards the property is that it might not be well maintained because the wooden planks / railings of the balconies looked as if they need updating or at least a fresh coat of paint. This first impression does not do justice to Roca Verde 😔. Roca Verde is well managed and well maintained! 😊👍🏻

We stayed for 2 weeks in a junior suite with sea views and we really enjoyed our stay. It was well worth paying the extra.as the views were lovely and we had the sun on the balcony from sun rise until late afternoon. We caught the bus from the airport number 66 or 90 as the apartment was very near to the bus station and across the road from the bus stop too. The apartment was very clean, spacious quiet for sleeping as everyone respect's each other which is good.. The beds and pillow's were very comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance to everywhere. All the staff were very friendly and always available if you need them. There is a washing machine on site for 4 euros and drying was extra although we dried ours on the balcony as there is a drying rack, just bring pegs. Will definitely return again next year .
