The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is such a nice chilled experience compared to other hotels. This is great hotel for a relaxing break. The beds are comfy, the rooms are a great size, the walk-in shower is great, the breakfast choice is vast, both cold and hot buffet. They even have English bacon, as well as the streaky Spanish type, and is cooked to order.

My only criticism (and it's a bit picky and lazy really) is that breakfast finishes at 11am. I know, I know, it's late enough, but Canarian nightlife just goes on so late, that 11am can be a struggle! Lol

excellent staff , breakfast, cleanliness, location, pool area and plenty of loungers,all rooms on ground floor, free coffee and tea all day, close to many resteraunts, 10/15 min stroll to beach ( when the staff new it was my 70th Birthday they supplied a bottle of bubbly to the room ( nice touch ) Thank you

Lovely small, quiet adult only hotel located right by the Yumbo centre. The (multilingual) staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was easily enough space around the pool area for the number of guests, which was surprisingly peaceful given the proximity to the nightlife of the Yumbo centre across the road. Rooms had everything you could need, including a small private open area at the back of the room with seating. Small seating area to the front of the room by the pool meant you can swap between the two depending on how hot it was etc. Plenty to choose from, both hot and cold, for breakfast which was included, however as a vegan the options were limited (as you'd expect in Gran Canaria). Saw people having freshly cooked pancakes and omlettes made whilst you wait by the hotel chef. Drinks and bar snacks were reasonably priced. Although the menu and kitchen opening times are limited, there are many options nearby for food so this isn't an issue. Ideal base for a relaxing holiday and would def consider returning if we happen to visit Maspalomas in the future.

The gym is quite small and was exceptionally warm during our stay as it does not have air conditioning. Limited vegetarian and vegan food options available for breakfast/on the bar menu.

Fantastic hotel, loved everything being on one level. All areas very well cared for and maintained. Pool was a nice almost warm temperature. Comfortable beds and good AC. Fantastic location. Very clean and lovely housekeeping staff.

For me, the pool lacked some music. Just some chilled background music - but I appreciate this is my taste and maybe not others. I took my breakfast back to my room (I was in room 2 so I was literally 5 steps from the breakfast area) because I didn’t fancy the breakfast area with a hangover… and when I did I received a call from reception to tell me there was an extra charge for doing so - Though it’s worth mentioning the call was very polite and I was told I wouldn’t be charged this time, but next time. I was a little irritated by this charging policy but on reflection it’s probably to discourage people taking lots from the buffet and making their lunch. Breakfast was good but did lack sausages (at least on the day I went)

Every part of this hotel is spotless, quiet and well run. The breakfast is great with a lot of selection and a coffee machine which is available every day at no cost until 7pm. We stayed in the annexe which is a little quieter than the main complex, that said when we spent time at the main pool it was still very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel can’t control this so it’s written as advice rather than criticism but we both got very badly bitten by mosquitoes in the room. They seemed to be attracted to the white shelving unit of the wardrobes. It’s worth taking some kind of repellent to hopefully discourage them!

The hotel has an excellent location near dining and shopping; however, the beach was a 20 minute walk. The rooms were very clean and well lit. The sound proofing was very good. The desk was useful. The sofa was comfortable for two people. We were in the annex which had a private back patio in addition to the seating area in front of the room where the pool and sun loungers were. The breakfast buffet was definitely 5 star (said after completing a cruise). The staff were fluent in English (plus other languages) and very helpful and friendly. We would definitely book again!

It could be closer to the beach-not something they could change, the two pools were nice. I found the beds too firm. I asked and they put a foam pad on to make it more comfortable the same day I asked.

Nice breakfast, egg station where they cook to order, nice fruit and bread/croissants election. Lots of seating area for breakfast. Pool very nice. Separated into main building and annex across the road. We stayed in the annex which was good but would have preferred main building. Even have lifeguard on watch at the main building pool. Mixed clientel from what I can see during the week. Rooms very comfortable and modern, nice seating area as well as table and chairs in veranda space outside room. Has kettle and fridge. You can get free tea and coffee during day in main building too, and there is a bar serving beer etc. Quite a few pigeons flying about the breakfast table/catferia area. Just by the mini golf near the yumbo. You can also hang by the pool for the afternoon if you have a late departing flight. Free WiFi in hotel. Defo recommend.

Would be good if they let you select to be either in quieter annex building or main building (where breakfast room is based). Also for guest to select which side of the rooms in both building, because one side gets the morning sun and the other evening sun. Would be better if they have curtains on the back (room we stayed had a back patio) to block out early daylight.

The Hotel was exceptional , Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, Lovely Room with very comfortable and large Bed. Housekeeping were very good and the room was Cleaned to a high Standard. I will recommend it to my friends and definitely will not hesitate to book again.

I didn't like one thing, not having a Restaurant at night inside the Hotel. I got sick and couldn't leave the room but i had to leave the hotel room to eat as there was no food after 7pm or something like that.

Rooms, pool, service from staff, quiet and relaxing. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Lovely terrace out front looking onto the pool, with a private one out the back which we didn’t use much but great to have both options. The size of the property makes it so relaxing.

Nothing at all. We stayed in the main building and would prefer it to the Annex but both are really nice. Nearby beach is not great for swimming and very windy but other beaches are a bus or taxi ride away and the hotel experience more than makes up for this. I would happily stay here again and just travel to the beaches elsewhere on the island when not relaxing by the gorgeous pool.

Excellent Adult only Hotel. Location was perfect and the hotel was tranquil and really relaxing. Staff were really nice and very helpful. The small number of rooms in this hotel and the single story nature of the layout is really unusual. The place is spotless!

Not much to be honest ...... we'd only be nit-picking .....but we would have liked some more cereal/whole food options on top of the really excellent breakfast selection. The room was also a bit bright in the early morning due to the layout of the shower/bedroom ....but as I say....nit-picking!
