Everything....staff, food, location, and just an amazing hotel.

Only 2 things I would change, I would prefer buffet dinner, but that's just my personal choice as I'm a fussy eater, and with a buffet, I think there would be more choice. However, the food I had from the menu was delicious. There should be a choice of putting up an umbrella/awning on the sundeck.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean, fresh, gorgeous toiletries and great lighting. Great air con too. Plus loads of USB Charging points so no need for adapters or plugs. The staff are also amazing - everyone is so helpful and polite, and all work really hard. The breakfast of one of the best I’ve had (and we travel often), there is a large buffet selection but then all got food is cooked fresh from the a la carte menu - quite a rarity these days. The location is a real great too - seconds to the beach and the port, lots of lovely restaurants and atmosphere. (But the rooms are super quiet so you hear no noise :))

The pool is very small, although probably relative for the size of the hotel, (it’s never crowded) and sometimes does not feel the cleanest, which is a shame as the rest of the hotel is great.

The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.

Sound proofing around the door to the rooms could be improved. I could hear the infant in the room across the hallway crying as clearly as if it had been in my own room.

The inside of the hotel is modern, very clean and modern.

Some of the views from the suites are on the less impressive side. You may over look the pool, but you also see tired, grotty backs of buildings.

The hotel itself was wonderful, in good shape, clean, modern and comfortable! The staff were so helpful and welcoming to us during the entirety of our stay! The rooms were very nice, and were cleaned to a great standard every day. Shower pressure was excellent. The pool area was great for days when you didn’t want to go to the beach, with comfortable sun beds.

Just an obs to anyone looking into staying here, the shower is in an open space along with the rest of the hotel room (toilet is behind a closed door). So if you’re travelling with friends etc just be aware. (We solved this by just hanging out in the lobby whilst the other person showered)

The best staff at a hotel I have experienced in a while. Not sure if i have just been unlucky in the past but I can definitely recommend a stay here. The staff was always smiling and willing to adjust to our every need. They are not too present making it a very pleasant experience. After some conversation with other residents we noticed that they also were shown the same attention and found the staff to ve very friendly and accommodating. The food at breakfast was also excellent. The pool and the sun deck are great additions as they provide the most perfect privacy and relaxation space. The SPA was very pleasant and we found no problems with it.

It would've been nice to have the sheets changed more regularly. We also had a small problem with the shower as it leaked but nothing too bad. Also, the booking advertises sea view but I believe most rooms don't have that.

The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, with enough storage space and good amenities (we received house slippers, bathrobes and body cream free of charge). The location is great, close to a lot of great beaches, right in the heart of Port d’Alcudia and within a 20 minutes walk from the city of Alcudia. There are many supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and despite that the hotel area is chill and quiet. We really appreciated that we could take beach towels from the reception and use them not only at hotel pool, but also on the beach.

The rooms are missing a place to hang wet towels and swimming suits. Most of the rooms indeed have balcony, but there is no clothes rack or anything similar to leave things to dry - which is rather unusual for a beach hotel. We had to stack our swimming suits and towels on the back of the 2 chairs that we had on the balcony hoping they would dry until next morning. The breakfast is not worth the 20€. There are some buffet and some a la carte options, but none is surprisingly delicious, rather average. The good thing is that the served food changes a bit everyday. This is rather a pity because there are not too many good options for breakfast and coffee nearby. Adding at least some vegetable options to the buffet would already be an improvement.

We upgraded room to a suite as first room 102..was not acceptable and . location was not good.. as we had booked superior rm.. breakfast v good Staff really nice and v helpful.. from mari Carmen.. to juanjo, Adrian, Elvira, Anderson, Anna, … Hotel v clean..

parking is a disaster … ..

Loved the location of this hotel, it couldn't have been more central to the beach and restaurants. It was ideal. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much fuss for them. They were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and everything we asked inc kindly sorting a late check out. Loved that there was a gym and the pool was really great too.

The bedroom didn't have enough storage space for us to unpack our suitcases. We needed another wardrobe or chest of drawers.

I appreciate the upgraded room, and the quality of personnel, especially the ones in the restaurant.

Breakfast should be improved in terms of quality and diversification or the concept might be changed. The outdoor pool area is small and not at 5 star level, similar the gym and spa area, are very very small and unpleasant atmosfere. Rooms are very basic, better to expect a max 4 stars hotel, clearly not a 5 stars.
