The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The staff were professional and the location is unbeatable. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Though we did enjoy our stay, it is not as quite/peaceful as the website suggests. This place is mainly for young families and thus you can expect the noise associated (though they were all well behaved). Unfortunately, during our week there, we coincided with with a large group that was there to attend a wedding and thus in 'party mode'. The hotel is too small to accommodate for loud behaviour, smoking and customer's own music around the pool area without disrupting the rest of guests. Not great, when you are looking for a quiet week by the beach and you are woken up during the night by drunk people coming back from partying.

Amazing staff, a special note to the bar staff and the chefs that made the a la carte food for the bar...great food and super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable bar staff. Always loungers available by the pool and so close to the beach!

A few things didn't work whilst we were there: Air con was broken for the first couple of days, but was fixed after. The hot tub in the spa unfortunately was broken for the whole of our trip (7 days). The shower over flowed a couple of times and a light didn't work in the bedroom. Would also be nice if more gluten free options were available during the breakfast and dinner service.

The property was lovely, bright, modern & very clean. The shower was amazing! The pool was great with the beach at the end of it. All the reception/concierge/pool staff were lovely. Very helpful, friendly & professional. We had lots of great recommendations from all of them.

We didn’t expect so many young families with kids to be staying. It was a bit intense! Breakfast was a bit much with all the noise! The rooms could use a tea/coffee maker & a mini bar with things in it!! Some water if nothing else. Appreciate the beds on the beach may not be the hotel’s responsibility, but having them chained up made it rather difficult to follow the sun & sunbathe. At least unchain them when you’ve paid for the day.

Air Con needs to be at a lower temperature for the time of year

This is a wonderful little hotel situated right at the beach. It’s ideal for families with children, it’s kept very well and the standards for quality (in terms of cleanliness etc.) are very high. The interior decor is minimalistic yet modern and neat. The staff is super friendly and we also liked the food a lot, although there’s litlle variety and after a couple of days it becomes very repetitive, especially the breakfast.

The only points for improvement in this otherwise fantastic hotel is the restaurant/bar staff. Especially when ordering meals during dinnertime from the bar staff, there was always something chaotic going on. Either our order was forgotten or it came late or we got something different. This is obviously a system error - even the staff were complaining about the order system (in their tablets) not working correctly, so the communication between them and kitchen staff wasn’t ideal. They were all wonderful people though - always polite and smiling all the time.

We loved how close the hotel is to the beach and sea. We also loved the restaurant and its staff.

We expected to have a mini bar in the room, including a kettle and cups. The description of the room on booking.com said there would be a kettle in the room, as well as a high chair. Neither was there. Only as we were leaving and paying the bill I asked about the kettle and the receptionist told me it would have been available had I asked for one. This could be better explained at check-in.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant, breakfast and in the bar area was good. The hotel was kept very clean and in good order. Location was also good right on the beach, and an easy walk into the town.

We were expecting tea making facilities, a mini bar and fridge in the room. A kettle and cups were provided when we asked, but the fridge was not cold enough to prevent the milk going off. The shower window through to the bedroom needs to be totally opaque, or preferably a solid wall, so that someone going to the toilet in the night can turn the light on without waking other occupants.

The perfect place for a family with children in Mallorca. The hotel is quite modern, decently equipped, cozy and clean. It has a great location right next to a beautiful beach and promenade. The food is very good and with variety, in the form of a buffet in which everyone will find their own. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to families with children.

Although the surroundings of the hotel are not that noisy, you can hear everything in the hotel. Especially the noise in the corridors at night is quite annoying. I would definitely welcome change of the bedding more often.

That's absolutely amazing, when you can spend whole day at the beach, or by looking at it from the balcony :) We really enjoyed our stay were. For breakfast we had different options, maybe not a lot, but had them, and they were good. We had only breakfast included, but they have lunches and dinners, so you are able to order something for lunch (like nachos, yummy!) or have a good time if you not willing to go outside. The best thing is the beach, everyday we spent there, water is crystal clear, warm, the sand is white and clean. Hotel personnel was kind enough and gave us beach umbrella, it was very helpful. Near hotel in 10-15 minutes walk you can have a lot of different restaurants and even a groceries store to buy fruits or something else.

BIG, HUGE partially transparent glass between bathroom and the room. See, when someone at night turning on lights in bathroom does not raise a lot of positive emotions :) BUT! we just asked for another beach tower, hang it on ventilation hole and covered this glass. So, problem solved! and we forgot about it next day. Big gaps between main door and the floor, so you can easily hear sounds from outside and lights at night. So, if you are going to bed early, could be tricky. For us, it was not an issue.
