The property is ideally located between the Old Town and the beach. Our room was spotlessly clean and was serviced every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and it varied from day to day. There is a well stocked bar on site. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival we had a problem setting up the safe in our apartment. When we contacted Reception a member of staff stopped what he was doing and accompanied us to our apartment and gave us a demonstration on how to set up and use the safe.

This was our third time to stay at Plus Fariones Apartments. We felt that our apartment was looking a little worn compared to our recent visits. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by a coat of paint. The security lock on the door to the balcony was flimsy and would not stand up to a serious attempt at illegal entry. Having said that, we had no security issues. We feel that the bathroom in the apartment would benefit greatly from having a walk in shower fitted rather than a bath with a built in shower.

Another perfect stay at the Plus Fariones Apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious, light and airy. The breakfast is delicious, with lots to choose from and there is something for everyone. All the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure your stay with them is enjoyable. The pool and surrounding area is spotless and there is always a life guide on duty. Location is a bonus, central to both the old town and the strip. Grande and Chica beach are only a short walk away. Perfect holiday destination for all the family.

Nothing, it’s perfect.

Following our initial check in, we were offered the opportunity to stay in the Plus Fariones Suite hotel for an additional €20 per night, A very nice gentleman from the check in staff brought us to the hotel. Our suite was on the ground floor (115) Everything about this hotel was exceptional from the location, staff, facilities, rooms and breakfast. Everything imaginable was available from the breakfast buffet. I could not fault anything. I would dearly love to return to this hotel in the future.

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, powerful shower, Nice little kitchen, sofa very comfortable. Lovely pool area, great little bar, good drinks and a good bar menu. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, hot food, omelettes cooked to order, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses, and a great selection of different breads, rolls and pastries.

The balcony was very nice, garden view, the only one dislike was the patio chairs, I found them uncomfortable. The only other dislike was people smoking around the pool and the outside tables.

The front desk staff are very friendly and so helpful. This was our third stay there and we always love coming here. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice. Rooms are perfect and cleaned every day to the highest standard. Lovely relaxing pool area. The location of the apartments is perfect as they are so central to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property

We really like the friendly staff everywhere, the food, lovely setting, security, music and dancing the two nights during our stay.

In our apartment 108, the bed nearest to the window is extremely creake so every time I moved it made noise so it interfered seriously in our quality of sleep. We are not into drinking and our sleep is very important to us due to health issues. I suggest you check this out immediately! We would have like air conditioning in our apartment as we had on our last stay with you 5 years ago.

Breakfast was very excellent , everything you could think of ,location was great for the strip and the old town . Room was very clean .

The bar staff were so miserable and unhelpful ,always talking to each other in there language . l really think this should be looked at , as they must be losing money on the bar, because l didn't want to eat or drink there after the first day . All other staff members were lovely ,smiley and helpful

The location is great. The Staff are very friendly and nice. Cleaning is excellent. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped..

Lack of sunbeds. People have taken sunbeds by 8am-9am. Lack of parasols, if you do manage to get a sunbed. The door to our bedroom did not close as it was positioned behind the bed that we could not move. Therefore there was a lack of privacy especially as the bedroom is at the entrance to the apartment. The apartments are a bit dated but they are very clean. We could hear our neighbours. No mugs, just cups.

Location, cleanliness of apartments, upper solarium particularly, pool seemed to be heated and very clean, staff friendly and pollite. We are regular visitors to the Fariones Plus and will definitely return.

Restaurant unable to accommodate volume of guests and food not replenished quickly enough. Most mornings unable to get a table unless we went very early or very late for breakfast. Difficulty in walking through the restaurant with hot tea etc due to the amount of people in narrow space wandering around collecting their food. Staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady who always fries the eggs and she was rather rude and looked quite miserable.

Location - really good, not noisy, close to everything. it was perfect for me. don’t forget to go down towards the old harbour area at night, beautiful and great places to eat. Roof terrace - for sunbathing overlooking the sea and pool. no issue getting a sun bed up there. no kids allowed up there so it was really peaceful. Cleanliness - the place is spotless! View - I’ve seen some people give out about the view, it’s fine you can see the tops of other buildings, 2 cranes working nearby but can also see the sea and the mountains fairly well. i spotted some dolphins going by the bay, watch the jet skis, boats and planes come in while on the roof terrace. the free wifi is excellent!

lack of air con in the room was hard, were given a fan in the room but it’s not enough. lack of plugs in the room, you need to leave the fan plugged in and the plugs in the bedside locked units aren’t strong and can’t take an adapter. i was worried about breaking them as they are flimsy.
