The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff couldn’t do enough, the food was outstanding with so much to choose from. The entertainment for both kids and adults were excellent. The water park for the kids was out of this world and the kids will foreve cherish these memories. Thank you so much for a great holiday. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Newly renovated hotel with beautiful rooms and pools mainly for families with children. Food selection is very good and if someone writes otherwise the problem is with him/her not with the hotel :) Staff is nice and trying to do their best. I would like to thank “food truck staff” Esteban and Ana for entertaining us by the pool during the whole stay. They are supernice people who make people smile all day. We definitely come back if we will return to Lanzarote!

They are still learning to make all guests satisfied but the small mistakes we noticed were definitely forgivable.

Location was excellent and were accommodated as requested on ground floor Bed was extremely comfortable Very Modern and airy

Pool was too cold Couldn't pay cash/card at van by pool for drinks shower kept overflowing, even after we had someone to look at it.

The hotel overall was amazing very very clean and staff always helpful. The pools were so fun lifeguard always on duty kids club was amazing our son loved it and the sun loungers beside it make you feel so comfortable as you’re not too far from where they are. The food was amazing the options were endless!

The only thing I would say is lack of storage in the hotel room. As a family of 4 we had lots of clothes and needed more space to put them. No bin in living area either only a small one in the bathroom. We had a slight issue with a few ants in the sitting room but as long as we kept the balcony door closed it was fine they went away.

We had the best holiday. Facilities were exceptional. We had a 3 and 5 year old and they had a ball, slide areas were very safe and lifeguards on site daily. Grounds were also very safe and spotlessly clean. Kids were entertained all day and night. Food was very good with a great selection daily and constantly replenished. Esteban was exceptional with the kids and made quality drinks in the snack bar. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily.

Very minor points but if we had to add something. There was no bin in the living area, only in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have one in the living area. Glasses were provided initially but the cleaner would take them and not replace them and the bar wouldn't provide another "glass" until after 6pm only plastic. The path directly outside the hotel was very broken and a bit dangerous (maybe not the hotels responsibility?)

1. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. 2. Great selection of food for all meals 3. Three pools, 2 for kids with many slides; water hoses; water dumps etc. 4. Room locations on the right side of the facility had sunshine onto the balcony from sunrise to sunset (December time) 5. Nice variety of evening entertainment (mostly for younger kids) 6. 10 mins walk to centre or beach. 7. 5 mins walk to shopping centre where the main pickup points are for most tours

1. WIFI could have been faster at room location (no issues for basic web browsing but video streaming buffered a bit). 2. Location isn't too far away from the centre or beach but a little hilly on the return trek.

The accessible bathroom very good but could do with some more drainage as bathroom ends up flooded. Resort very accessible, flat and has good ramps. Good exceptional for all inclusive, great selection and good quality. V well organised. Very clean, staff constantly cleaning Entertainers great with kids. Best all inclusive have been to - will def go again.

The 1 bed apartment small for family of 4, could do with having some of the 2 bed apartments made accessible. Sun loungers very low and hard, could do with toppers on them. Pool hoist would really make it a grade A accessible resort.

Noisy and rowdy until late at night

The whole holiday experience was great. The wrist band was the key for the room so no need to search for it each time! l. The layout of the apartments was close to the main area and pools so I could see out from the balcony. Also lovely view if you stayed on the first floor as I can see into the distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, The smart tv was great so I could watch what I wanted. I like the frequent change of towels and the availablilty of coffees and drinks in the bar area.

The smell from the toilet brush was very bad. You may want to think about having disposable ones. The cleaning wasn't done very well but I can understand that due to the many number of apartments to clean. I wouldn't mind if it was cleaned every 2 days instead of every day if this gave better result. As we were only 2 and no kids we don't really need that much doing in the flat. I noticed the stairs were not swept as I still see same litter on it over several days.

We have always gone self catering in all our years of coming to lanzarote and are we glad we booked this hotel because we will certainly be back. We chose all inclusive and it did not disappoint. We only left it a few times, to go to the beach one day, Rancho Texas another and a few times to go shopping. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. It is spotlessly clean and very well Maintained with large rooms and great balcony views. The food is excellent, I particularly enjoyed the sushi and chicken gyozas on our last night and a fantastic selection on every other night. I even got black pudding on two Mornings at breakfast 😋 The restaurant manager ran a tight ship and he and his team always had a smile for us and kept that machine tirelessly ticking over. The staff are so friendly and happy in their work and let me tell you, all the teams work hard, nothing is a problem to them. From reception to bar to restaurant to housekeeping to maintenance and of course the entertainment team. We met Sergio, our sons favourite, Natalia, Javi and Rocio and not forgetting Baku who was always up for a photo. These guys are incredible at their jobs, from remembering names to encouraging shy little ones to get involved they did not put a foot wrong. I truly believe they made our holiday what it was. Absolutely fantastic! A special mention also goes out to Esmeralda , Julian, the smiley tall barman with the red in his braids and Eveline. Such a happy, smiley, strong 💪 team on the bar, always making the most deeeeeeeelicious cocktails 🍹 and keeping an eye to see who was next in line, which is never easy to do. Finally, I’d like to mention the hotel manager.
