Lovely professional yet very friendly man at check in on our arrival on Sunday evening. Free onsite parking with lots of space availability - however, if there hadn't been, there is plenty of parking on a dusty area over the road or up the road on the street. The room was really clean. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was great with a shower that had excellent pressure and hot water. Lighting in the room was good as was the availability of a full length mirror. Although we didn't use it, the shopping centre was 5 minutes walk away and had lots of options for eating had we needed a meal nearby.

Very noisy air conditioning system - so much so that we had to turn it off. Having said that, the temperature of the room overall was good. A little bit of noise from other rooms and maybe an airlock in the water system from another room in the morning.

Super-clean room and bathroom. Really nice decor. Loved the wood floors and the other wood accents, which gave the room warmth. The light blocking curtains were terrific - read: they were really light blocking! I think it was mostly business travelers when we were there, so it was super-quiet. There are a number of restaurants within an easy Uber-ride. Our absolute favorite restaurant, however, was Al Punto in the back of the shopping center across the street. (Who'd ever expect to find a high-end restaurant at the back of a shopping center...? Well, Al Punto is and it's within easy walking distance of the hotel.) Their 3-course lunch "menu del dia" (open till 4PM) is a fabulous deal and, in fact, a "steal" at Euro 16.95/person. (Please note, however, they don't speak English and the menu is in Spanish only.) The hotel's breakfast, which we had once, was OK but "nothing to write home about." Instead, we found a few little places in the Carrefour mall that served croissants, sandwiches, coffee etc. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Easy free secure parking, nice rooms, comfortable bed and good fast WiFi. My room was very quiet. The staff were friendly. The restaurant has a small menu with real dinners, not just snacks like some hotels near the airport. The food is tasty and it's nice to relax with a meal inside the hotel instead of going out. I was extremely tired after a long series of canceled flights from the USA, plus dealing with lost luggage. I came in quite late to the restaurant. The waitress was very kind. She helped me order, served a beautiful fish, and didn't rush me even though I was the last diner. This was my 3rd visit.

I always miss the entrance to the hotel parking and need to go around and try a 2nd time. It would be good if there was a better sign at the parking entrance

Location is good as there is a metro station nearby. Also two shopping centres with restaurants, bars and supermarkets

Room key consistently failed. We were advised to keep the key away from magnets which we did but still they failed. After a long day going to the room on the 4th floor and have to go back to reception to get a new key is a real nuisance. Bring back the old fashioned key.

Comfortable room with good bed, bath, & WiFi. Excellent breakfast buffet with many good choices. The parking is free and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's near a shopping center, so it's easy to walk or drive a few minutes to pick up whatever I need. This trip it was windshield wipers.

I wish this hotel had a kettle in the room. It isn't listed in room amenities, but I keep forgetting to bring my travel "kitchen" with me.

Very comfortable, large room with an enormous green tiled bathroom. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Good wifi in room. English spoken at reception. It is very nice to have easy private parking in an area without too much traffic. Short walk to shops. Restaurant had a limited menu but was very tasty and reasonably priced. There was a free bottle of sparkling wine in my fridge!

Coffee machine at breakfast was down. I couldn't wait for it or at the bar where there was a queue.

We stayed here for one night prior to flying home from Madrid Airport. It’s not in a pretty location but it is convenient for the airport, being about a 20 minute drive. A very comfortable, modern hotel with plenty of car parking and very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food at dinner and a good breakfast. Great value for money.

The Wi-Fi is terrible, cutting in and out constantly. Proximity to the highway makes you think you have great access to everything, but if you need to access some nearby neighborhoods you are forced to snack around the service roadways.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Huge shopping center nearby. Easy free private parking. Always immaculate rooms. Good Wi-Fi.

It is very difficult to insert the card key into the black slot to turn on the room electricity as the room and corridor are dark. It's impossible to see! The room room lighting is inadequate, making it difficult to pack luggage.

Our stay at Sercotel AB Rivas was enjoyable. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfast provided was ample. Although it's somewhat distant from Madrid, the proximity of a metro station makes this less of an issue. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking and is close to several shopping centers.
