A great location, nice pool, although it would have been much more convenient if you could access it straight from the beachside/boulevard like you can at the nearby Victoria Prestige to save having to go all the way round to the other side of the hotel, through the lobby and then bar and terrace. Good selection for all-you can eat buffet. The restaurant is kind of loud, but this often seems to be the case with terrible acoustics in these massive dining halls/all-inclusive restaurants. Nice front terrace and bar (pity the opening hours are limited). Nice view, clean room, good location. We had asked for a higher floor and didn't get it; not because it wasn't necessarily available, but because, quote receptionist 'oh, you messaged via Booking' so clearly they don't read or act on messages via this platform, only direct emails etc. Perhaps the platform ones are only covered by a bot/automated as no replies were personal in hindsight. It was nice and quiet at the pool despite the hotel being full. It's so close to the beach and you are straight out to the paseo. The restaurant staff in particular were very friendly.

Pay attention to special requests where possible, access beach to pool like the other hotels on the boulevard (I know it requires some security but the others manage). There's good salads etc for vegetarians, but more protein like soya for the stir fry and beans/lentils each day would be even better. Buffets always forget we need protein too.

We had a sea view room which is spectacular with the balcony as you are basically on the beach. The pool was great and all the staff we interacted with were amazing. We all loved the breakfast buffet as well so no need to go outside the hotel if you do not want too as all the greatest Spanish hits are available at the buffet. Even fresh fried churros.

Parking is understandably extremely difficult. We were very lucky the hotel had a spot in there private parking available and €15 a day is a very good price.

Wonderful Hotel in an incredible location with helpful friendly helpful staff

Wonderful hotel but we found the food was very average. There were no identifiers on the food stuffs, it was pretty much a gamble what you picked up from the buffet. Some foodstuffs in the warming trays were cold. Planning also left a little to be desired, cereal was in one place, bowls for cereal were over by the soup at another location and the milk was not chilled.

we stayed in a good sized room with a balcony overlooking the sea on the top floor. Beds were very comfortable. We had AMAZING views over the bay of Roses. The room had a good layout and well soundproofed. the balcony was a fair size with comfortable patio seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned every day and they did an excellent job. What an incredible choice for breakfast with a chef cooking eggs and the catering staff so attentive. The hotel is practically on the beach and has a swimming pool. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I am struggling to find something I didn’t like, the only thing perhaps is the partitioning between the balconies are a bit see through a little opaque making it feel not so private.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast choice and quality excellent. Proximity to the beach ideal for families with children/grandchildren. Clean and inviting swimming pool with many sunbeds in surrounding area. Checkout time at 12.00 is brilliant as it allows for a couple of hours on the beach before returning to room for a shower and final packing.

The hotel is very clean, in a perfect location right on the beach. The pool area is great , overlooking the beach. The hotel bar is quite cheap with a good selection. The room had a balcony with a great view of the beach and pool.

We wanted to check out later than 12 midday, but we were told that there wasn’t any rooms available which was disappointing.

The hotel hac been recently renovated and all the facilies are in a very good shape. The room was very big and well equipped. Almost all rooms have a side sea-view so you don't really ahve to pay extra for the direct sea view. The small dryer to hang your towels is a nice touch. We travel with our dog and it was great. We got some gifts for the dog and there is a special sign to leave on the door if the animal is alone in the room, to inform the housekeepers. Location is good, right next to the beach in a noisy area (in August), but that's normal at that time of the year. It should be quieter off season, but there are still bars and restaurants around.

All was good. Things to keep in mind: It's a noisy town so if you expect peace and quiet in the high season, pick a different place. The hotel has nothing to do with it.

Staff was incredibly friendly at check-in. I was lucky enough to receive a room that faces the boardwalk so the view of the beach and sea was incredible. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to various restaurants and is 5min walking to the the main boat, yacht, jet-ski and water sport rental and activites area.

The parking garage for the hotel might as well belong another neighborhood. It is located 4-5 blocks away and might not be suitable to everyone that needs to walk that far with luggage or has physical disabilities. We didn't mind walking though and the car is safe.

Excellent location on the beach. The sandy beach was absolutely excellent and quite clean. There were enough services nearby and it was also possible to find fun things to do in the evenings. The swimming pool area was clean and peaceful.

When we checked in, we didn't feel particularly welcome. The front desk staff seemed to be in their own thoughts. The breakfast was worthy of a hotel of this level, but you didn't get a cup of coffee until after 8 o'clock at breakfast. You had to pick up your morning coffee from the city. We didn't have reserved parking and it was quite difficult in the vicinity of the hotel.

Great location. Nice and spacious room with view on the pool and the beach. We stayed only for one night with our dog (20kg) for which we had to pay a 12€ fee/day The breakfast buffet was good and everything went great. The staff was very nice. Would recommend!

Weird smell in the bedroom when we first came in but it seemed that it went away.
