The hotel its self was amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, riza at reception went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely happy. Lisa in the bar was the same. Couldn’t do enough for us. The hotels modern clean and overall beautiful at a great price. The staff definitely help make the place

Unfortunately for us the location wasn’t what we’d hoped for. Maybe because the season doesn’t start until the 1st of may im not sure. And maybe had I researched the location more we wouldn’t have been as disappointed. But this doesn’t reflect on how beautiful the hotel is x

Hotel and position

We booked and paid for breakfast on last day we needed to leave 07:30am and breakfast did not open until 08:00am. They still charged! Head barman thinks it is clever to say unkind rude things to customers in Spanish when he thinks you do not understand.

Hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable. Pool area and rooftop pool area are really nice. Breakfast was lovely. Few nice restaurants minutes walk from the hotel. Was very good value for money

No soundproofing into the corridors. Couldn't hear anything from outside or next door but could hesr everything in the corridor. The doors needed a bit of a slam to close so could get noisy.

Great location, exceptional breakfast, fun activities especially the DJ night on the top deck and performers downstairs.

A few small things like ventilation for the mini fridge. It was stored in a wood cupboard that got very hot and caused the fridge not to work properly. Could’ve used a little more equipment in the gym. Did not ruin our stay in any way. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything. The hotel was quiet and clean, the spa is amazing. Food was really nice for breakfast and dinner. Close to the beach, bus stops and all amenities. Great time. Looking forward to the repeat!

Nothing that I didn't like. Only a suggestion. The water is free all over the board and each floor has its own supply of water at the corridor which I think is a great idea. I would only add an empty bottle and glasses to each room so we can refill with no need to buy our own (plastic or other) to then be able to refill.

Everything was excellent. We paid for breakfast to be included each morning. The selection was fantastic and really good quality. Entertainment in the bar each evening was to a high standard apart from the magician, just not for us. Pools were cold as in other reviews but I didn't mind this as I wanted to cool down when the sun was out. Rooftop pool was a highlight! Staff super friendly and lovely cocktails. Beach is a stones throw, really clean. Ideal for a quiet holiday as it's right on the edge of Salou and La Pineda, great bus service if you did want to visit the centres

People leaving their towels on sunbeds, the hotel has a 45 minute rule but never saw any removed. Wouldn't like to see the rush for sunbeds during peak season, there's not that many in the sun with the way the hotel is positioned.

Hotel, was fab, modern, spotlessly clean ,staff very pleasant , breakfast was delicious , great selction , pool facilities great, room was very well air-conditioned and again spotless, facilitated a late check for a small fee which was worth it , made us feel like we had an extra day there. Would definately come back .

pool was freezing cold, breakfast buffet choice great but cooked food options were not hot. had to use microwave. would upgrade to pool view to avoid coach noise and get some sun on the balcony

Everything !!!! Location, room, staff, food everything was amazing. And the hotel staff helped my (now) fiancé to plan and execute an amazing proposal ! Forever grateful ❤️

The extra parking fee 😅

The location is great, the interior is really pleasing (even thought not a lot of space), breakfast was also really nice! The same as the dinner. We were met by a guy at the front door and he was really nice. Ladies at the counter were amazing! The staff is great in general. Free street parking (off season) was just behind the hotel and it was really convenient.

We've stayed in other Golden hotels and should say the SPA zone is quite small. The capacity limit also is really low (that's kinda a good thing, but even in the off season you should book prior).
