Overall stay was really good. Staffs were really good.

Hotel was excellent will definitely be back reasonably priced and only 5/10minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops, restaurants & Bars, Rooms and hotel all very well kept very clean, pool also was perfect size for all age groups in our family ages from 2yr-64yr. Young guy working at the bar with long hair was a gem to deal with.

Reason for the 8* and not 10 is on arrival I paid for 3 rooms for my family members, the receptionist dealing with me on arrival charged my card incorrect for 1 of the rooms it was my brothers room- Undercharged by about €60, I was unaware of this as I was never notified or neither was my brother who was staying in that room for 6 days then on the last day they locked my brother and young nephew out of the room until it was paid as a threat knowing all their belongings were in the room! I didn't like how the receptionist dealt with this seen as it was an Error made by her in the first place!

We only stayed on a Breakfast only deal, It was excellent with a good choice of English & Continental foods and fresh fruit. A great thing they had in their favour was that they had SOYA milk and as my son is “ dairy intolerant “ we didn’t have to buy any or ask for any. Whilst the room was basic the walk in shower was excellent and very powerful, plenty of wardrobe space. It also had a personal safe and a very welcome mini fridge

It was only on the very last day that I noticed a rather large off putting stain on the edge of my mattress ( brown ) Had I noticed this on arrival I would have asked them to change the mattress Other than that would I stay here again ? “ Absolutely “ !

We liked the location and although it's only 3 star it is a really clean and comfortable hotel

We upgraded to a superior room from a standard pool view. The superior rooms are on the far side of the hotel that looks directly out onto a grotty apartment block so it's hardly an upgrade! Although it says the staff are English speaking only 1 or 2 can speak English and it depends if they are on or not. Thd food can be a bit hit and miss if your fussy be prepared to have chips for dinner. We had good night's and bad nights with food depending on the theme.

The room and facilities were very nice and we couldn't have asked for a nicer location to the town. The buffet was nice with the variety of food and the entertainment during the day was nice.

As English speaking tourists we felt there was some distance put between us and the staff where they didn't seem as happy with us as others who spoke Spanish. We weren't quite sure if this was a language issue but we felt a little bit on the outside and felt like we were an inconvenience.

The staff were all pleasant, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The pool area was well maintained with a lifeguard on duty for most of the day. The location was ok, but a little out of the way from transport routes and quite far from the beach.

The restaurant was ok with lovely staff. However the food was not 100% and at times a lot of the hot dishes were cold and last but not least some of the local guests were extremely rude to visiting holiday makers from other countries.

- They have great entertaiment and shows kids club... great for kids or the day that you dont want to go out - You kids can go 2 times per day to kids club and it is free - Location is great - Clean the room everyday - the room is nice and morden.

- the food is horrible ( buffet ) i am super easy going with food but this is first time i really can not eat anything from a buffet. No rice no noodle or soup. Only potatos but they are very bad. Other food really has no taste - they only make the bed ( not clean or change it )

Rooms had an obvious refurbishment recently - huge shower area, although no bath. Arrived early morning and room was already ready so checked in very early which made life a lot easier. Staff friendly and willing to help - entertainment was good. Meals included was a bonus of my half board booking. request for a high room was recognised which was great as I was road side room which meant traffic noise but generally didn’t bother me as being high up. Overall if the price was right I’d definitely consider the hotel again for a stay in Salou.

Food was generally good so this isn’t so much a negative but would have liked a bigger hot food selection to be more varied. 🙂

The pool is nice, good game options such as crazy golf, ping pong , pool etc. The breakfast options are good. The location in terms of Salou is handy, easy 10 min walk to the center beach and main shops etc. Lots of facilities surrounding the hotel.

The rooms were quite bland, small beds. We stayed in a single room, 3 single beds but at one stage the bed sheets that were newly put on had stains on them, straight from the laundry. There was one single plug available in the bedroom, we had to leverage bathroom plugs for 3 people to charge a phone.

Our family of four travelled from Ireland and had the best time. The entire place was fab and immaculate!! We booked a duplex apartment with both street and pool views as it’s on two different levels. The kids club staff were fantastic and the activities were great fun for all ages. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for families!!

Couldn’t really fault anything!!
