Great location short walk to the beach and all shops and bars. Lovely reception and pool area. Staff very friendly, we just had breakfast but couldn’t fault it great selection with everything you could want! I also found that the drinks in the hotel bar were priced pretty good, cocktails were lovely and were much cheaper than a few other bars we went to. The wrist bands as the room key is a great idea! No more worrying who has the key!

The twin room was a little on the small side! There was also no kettle/ tea coffee making facilities in the room (we Irish need a few cups of tea a day!!) Plenty of signs around the hotel saying sun beds were not to be reserved but it didn’t stop people, some were literally running to the beds as soon as it opened, but there was usually always plenty of beds to be got!

In the heart of busy salou 5 mins walk to the beach 2 mins walk to the shops and bustling centre Elegant reception and bar Animation team- engaging and fun but not pushy Staff friendly and helpful Amazing freshly made cocktails Wrist band door keys that you can load money on to…ingenious!! Comfy big beds and pillow choice- fantastic! Breakfast buffet huge selection and well organised Quiet after entertainment which finished at 11pm…slept VERY well!!

Plastic balcony chairs…not 4* Sunbed dash at 9am…stressful! Rooms could benefit from modernising to match main areas. Fridge not incorporated into room…looked clunky and scruffy. Not the best location aesthetically (bins/ building site next door) but felt safe going out as a family and was right in the centre. More of a range of food in the snack bar for lunch or lighter meals in the evening…no chips)!

Very modern and elegant reception and bar. The hotel was in the centre of busy salou (2 mins walk around the corner to main shops and bars) and 5 mins walk to the beach. It’s in a very built up area with other hotels/ apartments so busy outside. Pool view rooms were far better than car-park-being-built view rooms! The rooms were not huge but had enough space for 2 people and very clean and were cleaned daily and came with a fridge (clumsily not incorporated into furniture). Beds huge and probably the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in and a vast array of pillow choices. Air Conditioning was great which is essential in the heat. Room keys were wristbands and you could put money on these to pay for drinks/ food at the hotel…ingenious! You can hire pool towels for a refundable €10 and change for €1. The pool area was smaller but nice with three pools, lots of sunbeds and a pool bar. Great staff throughout the hotel, very friendly and helpful. Entertainment was fantastic and the animation team were so lovely in the day…respectful but engaging to those who wanted to join in with activities and those who didn’t were left alone. Music around the pool didn’t start until 12pm so a perfect mix of relaxing time and fun. Breakfast buffet was vast and well organised. We paid for dinner €20 each on two nights and enjoyed the variety on offer.

The rooms could benefit from updating to match the modern, elegant decor of the main part of the hotel they get slightly tired and dated. The plastic chairs on the balcony were not 4 star and were uncomfortable to sit on in the heat. The pool situation was unique…everyone queues for sunbeds at 9am… the doors open and it’s a crazy rush to put towels down…hilarious to watch but stressful to take part in and took away from relaxing. However we went down to the pool at various points in the day and there were sunbeds free. There were not enough umbrellas either.

A very comfortable 4 star hotel only a 10 minute bus ride from Reus airport. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was great and we enjoyed the variety of food available. The hotel has 3 pools including a roof top one which is great for views and chilling out on a sunny day. The hotel is very close to the beach, nightlife and lots of restaurants and bars. Each night the hotel had live entertainment and it was always very good. All in all a very good hotel and I would go back there again when in Salou.

On the morning of checkout a member of housekeeping staff (possibly a supervisor due to different uniform) entered our room without knocking. A bit strange as it was only 09.20am and checkout is at 11am.

Had a fantastic stay July 2024 very clean lots of variety of food always plenty of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly, extremely clean. Roof top Pool very chilled quite vibe, the main pools more lively as in something to watch entertainment ect.

The only side was the stampede for a Sunbed. It’s to be expected to a degree but the beds were all taken with towels that people had but down at 9am when the doors open and pools then gone about there day. Those that got up early had breakfast then went for a bed couldn’t get one.

The location was perfect and the hotel spotless. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had booked a superior room as we liked the size of the room and the balcony. We looked at the pictures on booking.com and this was why we chose this option. The room was okay but the balcony was small and could only fit one sun lounger and no umbrella. We did not complain to the hotel as we feel this is a booking.com error and we wanted to enjoy our stay. I would not pay extra for this option again.

We will definitely be returning to H10 again soon! This was the first stay for my boyfriend and I and having read some of the reviews we weren’t too sure what to expect. We booked bed and breakfast, our room was lovely, spacious and clean, we were always able to get a sunbed and the staff were so helpful all the time.

At first the air con didn’t seem very strong but actually once you understand how it works, it’s perfectly fine!

The hotel is in a great location only a few mins walk to shops beach and restaurants we found a great restaurant fox and hounds right across the road it has a great menu with very friendly staff. The hotel breakfast has a good variety something for everyone. We had a pool view room it was a bit small but has most things including a fridge only thing I was disappointed about there was no kettle I had to hire one from reception for €20 a week with €20 deposit. The pool area is lovely but all good loungers go at 9am when the doors open. Staff all very friendly except one very rude one at breakfast

Nice hotel, good seating etc.., some of the entertainment was very good, pool areas were good, we didn't take part in the morning stampede to the beds, but watched in amusement from the 1st floor restaurant while enjoying the lovely breakfast. Location good, 2 minute walk to bus stop for Salou and Barcelona airports (don't get on the wrong one,,,lol), which was also the pick up for the travel coach to Barcelona. Evening meal was also very good, the choice made it hard to decide what to have.

There was some kind of leak on our corridor which came up through the carpet, they mopped it everyday and put towels down, but the smell got worse each day, one day it smelt like the cleaner was using ammonia to clean it ! What disappointed most is no-one from the hotel apologised, not even a card under the door, saying sorry and explaining that they were doing their best would have been appreciated, but other than that would definitely stay in this Hotel again.

I liked how much variety was at the breakfast, you were never stuck for choice. The rooms were quite large and spacious and I felt the balcony out the front made it extra enjoyable for myself and my partner.

I found the pool bar was very awkward as they had no cocktails and you had to go indoors, the rooms were cleaned midday so it was a bit awkward trying to go back to the room for a nap.
