The hotel was very nice. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, with a good choice of dishes. We didn't use the pool

The hotel was full of young children, and the majority were very noisy and with absolutely NO control from either parents or the hotel staff. They most definitely spoiled our time at the hotel. The entertainment was as bad as it gets, catering mainly for children and was most certainly the worst we have ever experienced, mainly due to the children. We didn't like the fact that there was no quiet area, where we could enjoy a chat and a drink with our friends.

Breakfast was only ok,the dinner was very good and great value for money

Everything was very good,the 1 thing that was abit different to ireland was the bar staff were very slow

Breakfast , Lunch and Evening meals were excellent and all food was hot and replenished when it ran out or running low by staff , staff were attentive but not overly so and pool front and rear were used frequently by us during our stay and life guards on duty at all times apart from swop over times , inflatables allowed in small pool at rear which didn't get the sun until pm so was great for kids as didn't get burnt

room on a lower floor as per 3 emails i sent prior to my stay which was slightly annoying so ended up on 4 th floor but had a pool view albeit didn't venture onto balcony very often as having young children , that's why we wanted a room a low floor but room was great for our needs and only showered and slept in it to be fair

food was great, really good choice every night staff where very helpful

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at with the children. The pool has a lifeguard while the pools are open ie paddling pool , main pool, adults only pool and roof pool. Very clean inside and out with friendly approachable staff. Entertainment for all ages and a large variety of food served from the large restaurant, clean , comfortable and tidy rooms. Warm water and air conditioning when you want it

The walls between the bedrooms are thin with no noise dampening 🙁

we love this hotel it's our 4th time back!! The staff are so friendly and helpful the food is lovely the hotel is very clean.... our kids absolutely love it and always want to go back

We requested 3 rooms together with a pool view we got 3 rooms on the same floor which was amazing but only 1 had pool view and it was a tiny balcony... it wasn't the bee all and end all but the request was made because we have children with autism and it was so they could watch the entertainment from the balcony as the seating area at night can be to loud and a massive sensory overload for them it didn't spoil the trip but I understand they do their best for requests but it just was disappointing and made things a little awkward for us still highly rate the hotel and will be back

Fabulous hotel, 👌 👏 staff were helpful and respectful 🙏 😀. Food was amazing especially the slow cooked beef absolutely worth going full board. Wide variety of food for all tastes. Especially well catered for children. Pools are fantastic spotless. Entertainment was great and very inclusive both for adults and children alike. Mini disco for kids each evening. Would absolutely stay again great value for money 💰 hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony and large bathroom. Rooms have great air-conditioning just remember to close the balcony door. Nice little toiletries provided also. Location is very close to reus airport. Luggage scale in basement which saves the hassle at the airport too.

Location is a bit out from the town of salou 10 or 15 minutes and walk not too bad. Mattresses on bed are a but firm for my liking but that's more of a personal preference 😅

Fantastic staff who went the extra mile, great food served in wonderful surroundings, great room. Loved the rooftop adults only pool and jacuzzi.

If I'm picky my balcony was a little enclosed but the staff offered to swap rooms for me but as I was out most of the time and my stay was short it wasn't worth doing. The evening g entertainment was really best for families with children. Some quality live music would have been appreciated. Entertainment area lighting too bright so no cosy atmosphere. Gym needs a little updating.

loved the solarium and jacuzzi, this was perfect, large and clean, shame the pools were not heated- this meant that we couldn’t use them as it wasn’t warm enough. the room was really clean, a bit dated but that didn’t bother us at all. it was fantastic value for money and exceeded our expectations.

the staff we spoke to were rude which was a shame and totally unnecessary, especially at the solarium - the waiter just ignored us was not helpful at all. The beds were very firm, and a bit uncomfortable because of this and the food in the restaurant was okay, but again based on the price we paid we cannot complain. we got what we paid for.

Pre payment Hi I had made this reservation for my parents, they have checked in today. Although upon arrival they have been charged the full amount of the stay. On the 17th of May 2023, the hotel withdrew €93.50, and this was processed on the 18th of May 2023. Therefore, why has this amount not been taking of the total amount? This means, you have received €757.34 in total. Can the €93.50 be refunded as this should have been deducted of the total price on check in? Thank you.
