Hotel and park was excellent very clean and staff couldn't do enough to help. Had a few minor issues but the staff sorted them and kept me informed. The whole holiday package with tickets for portaventura is good value for money. Will defo be going back again you totally feel like your in the wild West.

Only problem i had here was no Supermarket so it meant a very long walk if I needed to get any supplies. The hotels aim at you getting the full package but park food and all meal can be very expensive for a 13 hour day.

Great hotel, very clean, well equipped, Great pool, great food, rooms seem like New and all designed as the Western.

It was far from the park and a long walk after a busy day in the park, sometimes even more than once. A shuttle is needed.

The hotel needs more employees, new rules and more restaurants For the pool you need pay for the towels + insurance to return the towels you can't wear sunglasses inside the pool , if you want to eat something during the day you have to wait until 6 pm to eat just sandwich and there's employee name eisa she was so rude and bad she let us waiting for the long queue then when it's our turn she said we close don't care about waiting for 30 minutes in the queue not caring for the kids with us

Breakfast and dinner are really good, with many choices changing every day Decoration of the hotel and rooms are really nice Location within Port Aventura, even it is the one located farthest from the far west entrance, it is a short walk.

Swimming pool towels cost 2€ each plus 15€ deposit. It is not expensive, but usually, pool towels in most of the hotels are free of charge. No sense. There is no a single amenity in the room. Just one reusable plastic cup per person and the used ones were not even replaced. Towels in the room were not replaced when requested, as they explained ( towels on the floor are replaced ). Turns for breakfast and dinner are a pain. You have 45 mins approx for breakfast and dinner. 10 mins before the end of the shift, personnel tell you very nicely to finish your turn. You need to book the shifts in advance otherwise, you will not be able to select the shift that suits better for your schedule.

The location and surroundings were great. We felt like in Arizona or Utah, US, somewhere near the woods and canyons. We were allowed to enter the Park around 9:45 (the park officially opens at 10:30). There were two nice swimming pools right near our hotel, but you could freely use any of the other swimming pools on the territory.

Check-in is allowed 'FROM' 15:00, meaning it can happen any other time after that and you could wait long for your room to be ready, while check-out should be in time, which seemed unfair. But I guess that is a national identity issue, like we were told that the bus to the airport is 'late differently each day :) ' [for us it came almost 40 min late] Only after repeated request, we were given the room half an hour later. The towels were never enough. Either they were taken for cleaning and not brought back. Also there was no place to hang the towels so they could dry.

10 mins from Reus airport. Easy access to the parks; short walk through the Gold River hotel. Pool area is lovely, not too busy and a bar poolside that sells food and drinks. Great location and set up for a family holiday. Buffet breakfast and dinner was brilliant - huge selection. You can choose to get dinner in one of the park restaurants instead and they give you an allocation. Meals are all very easy to book via the app.

Some basics missing - drinking water fountain in the hotel would be good. There's nowhere to hang wet beach towels.etc in the rooms.

The room was large enough and comfortable. Great variety at breakfasts and dinner, my daughter could find many meals to her taste. The time allocated for breakfasts and dinner was absolutely sufficient even despite the venue being crowded. Unlimited access to the park is very comfortable to split visits and return to the hotel occasionally when tired of the park.

The room was not cleaned well. The pool is opened only after 10:00am, though I'd appreciate being able to swim before a breakfast. A bit long distance from the Portaventura park.

Hotel decor and theming was lovely and not very crowded. Lovely staff and location. Great for access to the park wuth your own dedicated entrance (5 mins walk and your in Wild West Land) Room was spacious and beds decent. Buffet breakfast and Dinner was better than expected but obviously not 5 star All inclusive.

I thought 3pm check in was too late considering its not a large hotel to be excessive. Not a very deep pool at the hotel so walked 5 mins to the other ones on site (this is allowed) and these were much better Not many options for shops for essential goods (water, snacks, suncream etc.) Could have had more beds round the various pools

If you arrived for Port Aventura then location is great. Only 5 mins walk to the park. If to Salou and beaches, then definitely not good place. Nice theme resort that copies old American Colorado village. Very good HB food.

It was mentioned in the booking comments that some guests receive an Express Pass. Please be informed that this is no longer the case. Starting in 2024, there are no complimentary Express Passes from the hotel. You will need to book them separately or wait in queues that can range from 40 minutes to 3 hours.

This place was just an out of the world experience for us. From the theme of the hotel, to the surroundings, access to the parks and friendliness of the staff. I will always come here if I am in Spain.

Lack of snacks and water in vending machines. Vending machines weren't refilled often. For a 4 star hotel, you would expect more room facilities (at least conditioner and iron)
