Fantastic hotel. Extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were the best I have come across post covid. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They made me feel so welcome even with a hyper 2 year old with us. The food was beautiful especially the lunch

The location was slightly out of the way could of done with a car for the stay as it’s on a big hill, but taxis were readily available at great value and the hotel Called them for us

Fantastic food in the onsite restaurant, the hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

Aircon broke for a couple of days no shuttle service up and down the hill and no taxis in the area. Most facilities advertised were actually closed e.g. outdoor pool and gym. You could access the gym but had to ask for it to be opened and the Aircon was turned off. The pool doesn't apparently open until mid July.

The staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. The facilities in my room were exceptional and loved all the little extras in the bathroom, ie body lotion, etc. Breakfasts were good - great selection of cooked food and continental. I also had dinner in the evenings and again, the menu offered a great choice. Dishes beautifully presented and with a smile!

Super nice golf hotel, great food and service, nice staff, clean rooms. tennis and padel available too. Golf course well kept, varying holes and somtimes quite challenging.

Pool closed when we were there, no info about that on any web page, no sun beds. For us people from the Nordics 22 degrees and sun is like summer, then we like to relax, swim and sun bath but this was not possible since no relax areas were available.

The way the rooms are laid out in the complex like mini-apartments was nice. The view we had over the golf course ... and the sunset ... was magnificent. The hotel staff were superb. First, they gave us a double room when there had been only twin rooms available when we booked. Anf the bed was truly king-size! Then, they were very helpful getting the TV channels (including English ones) to work when the remote control defeated me. And finally, when we were checking out at 4.15 in the morning for an early flight, they provided a packed-lunch (breakfast) for us to take to the airport with us since we were missing breakfast at the hotel. Excellent value for money overall.

The water supply in the bathroom was poor. The shower pressure kept changing, and with it the temperature. And the toilet flush could have been stronger. My impression is that the plumbing should be updated.

Room clean and cleaning staff efficient plus friendly. Restaurant spacious and comfortable, staff efficient but under-manned on busy days. Outside seating has lovely views, we went in late September so getting cool in the evenings for dining out. mainly mature guests so peaceful and quite especially at night. Beautiful and private pool area. Rooms are separate to the hotel.

Not the hotels fault and we were aware that walking to the town or beach is not advised as lack of pavements, so car is required or taxi's. Large golf accessories shop but nothing in the way of everyday supplies. We arrived at 10pm and had to find our own way to room outside of hotel, then get 2 suitcases up 16 steps (in our seventies)

The staff here make it special...very helpful and friendly. One outstanding person is Vanessa...she always goes the extra mile.

The air conditioning was not very efficient in our room, we had to open the patio doors to get cool air in. Also, it would have been nice to be informed there was a wedding on on the 2nd day of our stay meaning we could not eat in the restaurant and had to make last minute arrangements

We chose this hotel because there are 3 golf courses close by. We had a cosy 2 bedroom suite with a view on the nearest golf course in a very nice little compound.

The food. But that's maybe a matter of taste. Too fatty for us and some peculiar taste combinations. We ended up going to indian restaurants in the vicinity... which where great.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice and very helpful. The guy on reception was very informative and even ordered us a taxi for our night out at Los Cucalos Restaurant to watch the Searchers... Excellent stay and Excellent location.

Breakfast was good and restaurant and reception staff were very courteous and helpful. The ability to sit outside on the courtyard for drinks and snacks was good. The golf course was very close so no travel was needed.

The pool was closed in the middle of our stay without pre-warning and it was an important part of our daily enjoyment. -
