Excellent location. Great swimming pool area. Three bars and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were very helpful when we had a stench of sewage in our room. They quickly changed our room.

No instructions how to use an extremely complicated cooker hob. No toilet paper in the toilet. Shower head isn't fixed properly so you have to hold the shower head and wash yourself holding it.

Location. Lovely view of the marina. Well kept garden and pool areas. Reception and domestic staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed in top floor apartment because the ground floor terrace we'd booked was not satisfactory to us Dark and very poky. Rather dated. So we paid extra for the top floor one Overall clean but little details were overlooked like our bottom sheet was too small for the mattress and there was human head hair on the mattress. Also the microwave was without its proper turntable and it seemed dangerously high on the freezer. No kettle so we had to boil water for tea in the microwave!

We got there early then thought we went into the reception and said our room was not ready but asked if we could leave our luggage there and they said yes so we went out came back at 14:00 hours and was load where our room was but we can have our room in half an hour the room was lovely looking over the pool and the marina loved the charms coming off the boats with the slight breeze we been coming here now 5 times will be back

Could do with more utensil in the kitchen and the plate cupboard a bit lower down has I had to stretch up to get them down

Location is excellent at the start of a 2 mile walk along a interesting promenade with lots of choices of cafés and restaurants, interesting to see the boat yard working. Good restaurants within minutes of the apartment

We asked for a apartment with a balcony but was placed on the ground floor in a corner apartment with the wind blowing up the walkway which makes it almost impossible to sit outside and read. The walls are very thin as you can hear the people next door talking and above moving chairs around

Close to all amenities, on a bus route, and walking distance to town centre., Marina and eating venues.

Apartment had broken glass in the patio doors (which was reported and promised it was being dealt with) We were not offered an alternative apartment Felt unsafe due to glass being cracked especially as we were on ground floor and anyone could access the verander, no air condition in bedroom, no British TV, no sea view or pool view as requested & promised, although we were walking distance from the sea and pool.

Parking area infront of the reception office, €8 for 24hrs. paid €6 extra for view of the marina. the location is so near the Town centre but directly on the International Marina so doesn't feel like being in a city at all. Small beach nearby with cafes on the beach.

Apartment with best views are on 2nd floor, no lifts so any issues with mobility its a spiral staircase. didn't have time to use the pool area but looked nice, cafes and bars are very close and lovely setting. you have to get your parking ticket validated by reception to get the €8 rate.

Just needed place to sleep and go out in the day, was really good, had an AC unit that worked well (very ideal), a good shower, a comfy double bed, a good kitchen.

There were bad reviews but I knew it was only like families of 6 or some Karen’s reporting all that. The only thing that was a problem was the kitchen light and it worked like 50% of the time but so minor.

The place is clean the staff are exceptional the pool are is comfortable and gated the beds are comfy. Andy s on site supermarket has everything you need , and if he don't have it today he will have it tomorrow, Andy is a people person and will go above and beyond to help .

It's just a little bit dated . Some things need to be updated. But I think the reviews of the past has affected this property in a big way . Hopefully things will change for them because they deserve it.

The location is spot on for a beach holiday. But also a short walk to the main strip. A few local restaurants on site catering for all tastes. Very helpful local shop for essentials and information on local area. Lovely and relaxing.

No parasols around the pool. Also can be tricky to get in and out of if you have slight mobility (back) issues due to the depth of steps to get in and out and pebble rendering around the pool.
